Hitoshi shigandang

A very good sushi restaurant, the sashimi is super fresh. I like the tuna sushi. Remember to eat the tuna sushi, which is fat and melts in your mouth. The salmon belly sushi is also delicious. The sashimi platter is a bit small.

Tasted so amazing! Probably the best Okinawan food I've ever had! The restaurant was understaffed, they only had 3 employees serving the entire second floor. The menu was very extensive and included everything from sashimi (tuna is their specialty) to local Okinawan delicacies to desserts.

This restaurant was selected by the Gourmet Forest. So it is a great and unique restaurant. But its disadvantage is that the price is really expensive. I am very satisfied with the service and the good dishes.
