Delicious Chef&rsquo;s Choice meal! Very imaginative and carefully prepared food in an intimate setting. A lovely experience.

What a gem.  Simply the best restaurant for food in Tivoli.The food was sensational.  Raoul made us welcome with an amazing asparagus cr&egrave;me br&ucirc;l&eacute;e amusement bouche followed by wafer thin octopus and celeriac, anchovy pasta and a stunning veal tournedo and a delight of a tiramisuDon&rsquo;t miss this treat of a restaurant if you visit Tivoli, it&rsquo;s in a league of its own in the town

Vegetarian tasting menu was absolutely outstanding!   Great food, great service! A small, quiet restaurant that made dinner an event we will remember.

We really liked everything, It&rsquo;s a very friendly place, the dishes are delicious and elegant, the dessert is amazing. We highly recommend!

We really appreciated being able to make a reservation with short notice, and really enjoyed the tasting menu. Even with our very limited Italian, we were able to communicate with the kind lady there and got to chat a bit with the chef as well. This was a great chance to get off the beaten path and better experience Tivoli.

Bito was a nice discovery during our stay in Tivoli. It was recommended to us and we couldn&#39;t have eaten better! The products are excellent, quality and well presented. The staff is professional and kind and we felt pampered and welcomed. The interior is very nice and clean and the space outside in the square is very pleasant. The quality/price ratio is indisputable. When we return to Tivoli we will definitely return to Bito🥰

Nice place located in a quiet square. Shielded tables NS nice ambient. Local food.  Good selection both of sea dishes and local specialities. I honestly recommend it

Set in a gorgeous courtyard, our food was delicious. Beautifully authentic, tasty and would highly recommend. Affordable and wine was very pleasant. My only point would have been to have had an English version of the menu so we could see what exactly we were ordering, however appreciate that this removes the authenticity of the Italian experience!

Perfect place for an evening with friends or family. Characteristic place, excellent food and service. Easily reachable in the center area

The dinner is just right, you can eat enough but not greasy

Really good food in general but interesting because it was Romanian. You couldn&rsquo;t have asked for a better host who was a the owner. It was some of the best food we ate in the two weeks we have been in Italy.
