Probability of catching Unkai not very high, but worth a try. Prepare to wake up around 5am. 

The wood-fired pizza is truly exquisite, particularly the DOC and cheese pizza. The fried gnocchi side dish is also highly recommended.

Run by a lovely couple. After ordering you can choose your own match bowl and watch the matcha ceremony. Had the hot matcha set with pudding. It came with a small scoop of sorbet too. Lovely winter and Christmas vibes and a good place to warm up before hitting the Christmas scene and shopping at Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse.
