Everything actually.  Great staff - keen to please, pleasant ambience and fantastic food

We enjoyed a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly professional and food well prepared and beautifully presented. We have eaten at a number of Michelin venues and do not understand why this restaurant doesn&#39;t have a star.  It compares well to other starred venues.

Fantastic restaurant!!! Best in Riva del Garda but probably the best restaurant in all of Italy. There were four in our party and everyone raved about their meal!

From the Receptionist that treated us to the waiters that took care of our food and drinks. EVERYONE was so kind.  We are visiting from Florida and will come back to the Embassy restaurant the next visit to Remini.

The food was fresh and delicious. The only complaint I have is that I booked a table and instead got seated on a bench with a stool.

The menu is seafood-oriented and inventive. Every dish we selected was delectable in taste and a feast for the eyes. We had a seafood set menu, seafood pasta, and Moroccan-style octopus, all of exceptional quality. The service was quiet and professional. During our visit, we could not find a single fault, which is rather rare. Keep on making people happy!

The appetizer came quickly but after that we had to wait an hour for our pizza and arrosto di coppa. Way too long a time and the restaurant was only half full. Other than the waiting time, the service was alright

This is a charming restaurant with excellent food and wine and wonderful service. My wife and I came for our wedding anniversary and had a fabulous evening. We strongly recommend Umami Gastrobar to anyone who loves Italian food.

Although a bit out of the centre of Bologna this restaurant was certainly worth the walk. The food was very enjoyable and service was good and friendly.
