The chicken tabaka was really good, and the shashlik too. Service was polite, and I liked the upstairs seating&mdash;quiet enough to actually enjoy the meal.

The rooftop view really does it for me. Had the khaburi and grilled trout&mdash;both solid, nothing fancy but done right. Cocktails are a bit steep though. Still, sitting up there with the breeze, it just felt right.

The terrace view over Borjomi at golden hour is unreal. We just sat there staring at it. Apple-cinnamon pie was a solid companion too. 🍏

The khinkali here are solid, really authentic. 1.20 lari each, min order of five, so it&#39;s not bad. Staff spoke English which helped. A beer would&#39;ve been nice with them though.

The staff kept our big table running smoothly without us having to ask for anything. Nice bonus that you can see the old cave city from the window.

The adjarian khachapuri hit the spot after skiing, and a glass of their house red paired well with it. Cozy spot, staff were nice. Prices fair for the area.

The khinkali and trout were solid, really good. Kebab and beets were just okay though. Might come back for those dumplings, not sure about the rest.
