Been wanting a decent Chinese place nearby. Tried the curry sauce here, it's actually pretty flavourful and rich. Fried rice was solid too. For what you pay, the portions are generous.

Been coming here for years. Steaks are always grilled just right. Quick, friendly service too. Never disappoints.

The goulash was spot on, with tender beef in a rich sauce. The house red they suggested was a perfect match.

The sticky rice with coconut was the standout. The rice was perfectly cooked, sticky but not mushy, and the coconut flavour was rich without being overly sweet. The prawns were also good, crispy and well-seasoned.

First time trying the steak pie here, and it was a proper comfort meal. The pastry was so flaky and buttery, and the filling was just right. Really hit the spot on a grey afternoon.

Been coming here for years, and their vegan options are always spot on. Had the lentil soup and a cherry scone again last week - just as good as I remember. It's nice to have a place you can rely on.

The staff are always so friendly here. It's a nice spot to bring the dog. Their in-house cakes are the real draw for me though – the lemon drizzle slice is fantastic.

We were a large group of 11 and they managed to fit us in. The waitress was really lovely with the kids. Food was decent and reasonably priced. A solid choice for a casual meal.

This restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience with friendly staff and stunning food presentation. The quality of the dishes is impressive, making it a must-visit!

Loved the cosy, lived-in vibe here, like eating in a friend's front room. The fairy lights were a nice touch.

Been coming here for years, and the pizza's always consistent. Even on a crazy busy Friday, the takeaway holds up. Dough's fresh, stone oven does its thing. That's why I keep ordering.

Been coming here for years, and the broccoli soup is always spot on. It's the one thing I know I can count on. Just had it again last week, still that perfect, simple flavour.

The fillet beef was cooked medium rare and just melted in the mouth. Had a Bee Man cocktail with it, the honey flavour worked nicely. That was the highlight for me.

Stopped by with our dog and sat outside. The roast beef was the highlight for me - the meat was so fresh and tender, cooked just right. You could really taste the quality of the ingredients. A very pleasant meal.

The fish platter was generous and fresh, went perfectly with the viognier/grenache we ordered. The espresso was a bit weak for my taste, but that's a small thing. Really liked the buzz in the room.

Interesting menu with loads of choice. The 'build your own' sharing plates were a fun idea. My table went for the grilled halloumi and the lamb skewers, both solid. The flatbread was a bit dry though. Still, a good spot for a casual group meal.

Looks basic from the outside, but the food is seriously good. Got the chicken sandwich for a quick lunch, came out fast. Spotless inside too.

The sandwiches here are so good. I had the one with slow-roasted pork and pickled onions, the bread was perfectly toasted. Service was quick and friendly too.

Been coming here for years, and the staff always remember my order.

The roast beef was so tender, and the veg looked lovely on the plate.

Lovely spot with a fresh refurb. The outdoor seating is a nice touch, and the staff are very friendly.

Service was friendly and efficient, our food arrived in good time. The staff made us feel welcome without being overbearing. A comfortable spot for a relaxed meal.

The grilled fish was spot on, and the wine list had some nice options. Staff were really good at checking in without hovering, which was perfect for catching up with friends. Made for a relaxed evening.

The refillable drinks are a lifesaver for a long catch-up with friends. The cookie s'mores were a great sweet finish too.

A decent fish and chips spot for a quick takeaway. The haddock was cooked fresh and the chips were pretty good. Service was efficient. It's a reliable option in the neighbourhood, though the seating area is a bit basic.
