Nice spot by the river. The staff was really friendly, which made for a relaxed lunch.

Vegetarian options here are well considered, not just a token menu addition. The mushroom risotto was flavorful and substantial. Good for a business lunch.

The savory crepes are huge! I got the ham and cheese one, and it was folded so perfectly. The crispy edges were my favorite part. Sweet options looked tempting too, but I was too full. Quick and friendly service.

Decent portions for the price. I got the steak frites and it was a proper meal, not one of those tiny plates. In a small town like this, you expect places to be stingy. Not here.

Food is top-notch, flavors are complex. The wine list had a nice selection that complemented the dishes well. Peaceful location.

Stopped by for lunch. The smoked trout salad was really good, fresh and light. The rest was fine, nothing crazy.

Last night on the restaurant terrace we enjoyed the most delicious savoury crepes-for supper much welcomed after a long journey to Brive enroute to the Alps. The house speciality is the use of traditional Breton "ble noir" - for the crepe base. This a no gluten alternative flour made from buckwheat. The chicken and mushroom filing Crepe Mere was wonderful as was the "burger" crepe -and lovely desserts chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream. Will be our favourite place to eat in Brive. A must for anyone staying in Brive.

The Croque Monsieur was the highlight. Good, crisp bread and a generous amount of Gruyère that was perfectly melted. The side salad was fresh, but honestly, I was just there for the sandwich. Simple and exactly what I wanted.

The set menu was really good, and the wine was a nice match. What I appreciated most was the relaxed, comfortable vibe of the dining room. It was just the right kind of quiet for a leisurely meal after our round.

Good, reliable spot. Menu's a bit limited, so maybe not for every week. But what they cook, they do simply and well. Had the grilled fish – fresh, nicely seasoned. Solid value for a quiet dinner.

Perfect for a quick bite. Grabbed a turkey club and it was ready in minutes. Good portion, kept me full through the afternoon. On-site parking is a huge plus when you're in a hurry. Solid spot for lunch.

Loved the location right in the old village center, across from the town hall. The free parking nearby was a huge plus. The stone walls and wooden beams inside gave it such a cozy, rustic feel.

The vegetables in the salad tasted like they were picked that morning. The carrots had a real sweetness to them, and the greens were crisp. You can tell they're using good stuff.

Been coming here for years. They've always kept the food interesting, never gets boring. The flavors just work together, and it always looks so nice on the plate. That's why I keep coming back.

Loved the shaded terrace for lunch. It was a warm day, and sitting outside felt so cozy and private. Just a really nice spot to enjoy a meal.

The veggie pizza was so good. The crust was just right, and the summer squash and peppers tasted so fresh. The patio had these little lanterns in the trees that made it feel really cozy.

The plating was so beautiful, almost like art. You could see the skill in every detail. It made the whole meal feel really special.

The carbonara was just right, not too heavy. The sauce clung to the pasta perfectly, and the bacon was crispy. Our waitress had such a nice, easygoing smile the whole time.

Nice spot under the trees with lanterns. Good for a quiet dinner. Food was okay, nothing special. A bit pricey for what you get.

The 19 euro lunch set is solid. Duck confit was well executed, tender and flavorful. The île flottante dessert was a nice finish. Good value for a quick business lunch in the area.

Warm welcome in a charming hotel-restaurant. Staff was correct and friendly. Restaurant itself was comfortable but not special in decoration or cosyness. The food is absolutely good and delightful but classic. Duo of foie gras de canard, partly in Cahors wine, very nice! Lamb, tournedos Rossini, cheese from the region, an 'honest' kitchen. Wines in every budget. This restaurant fits exactly in the hotel formula and its guests. Good decent food and service for a reasonable price.

The pizza crust had a nice char and the toppings were fresh. I liked the simple, clean vibe of the place too. It's a good spot for a casual bite.

A lovely find. The food is so refined, with a real focus on local products. I appreciated the little touch of Périgord walnut in the dishes. The service was very friendly and attentive, which made for a very relaxed evening.

Been here a few times with different groups. The menu's got enough variety that nobody ever complains about finding something they like. Solid spot for a casual dinner.

Been coming here for years. The portions are still huge, and the prices haven't gone up much. You get a lot for your money.

Been coming here for years. The buffet's a solid deal, especially the Saturday lunch price. Food tastes homemade, nothing fancy but you can tell it's made properly. Good for a casual meal.

Loved the cozy vibe, perfect for catching up with friends. The short menu means everything is done really well. Just book ahead!

Service was quick, which was nice. The menu has a lot to choose from. A solid option in Brive, though the place was a bit loud for my taste.

The seafood is the real deal. Had the grilled octopus, it was tender and smoky, not rubbery at all. The scallops were sweet, tasted like they just came out of the water. That freshness is hard to find.
