Jing Jing Steamed Shrimp is a lobster-themed restaurant. The internet-famous lobster is here. There are many kinds of lobster flavors here, which are very rich. The basins are also marked with how to eat lobsters, which is very considerate.
I feel that this is the most satisfying crayfish restaurant during my trip to Wuhan, at least the shrimp is very fresh. The unit has also recently done a research report on domestic crayfish, which once again proves that the overall strength of Jingjing is still very advanced. The signature steamed shrimp is fresh and tender. At first, I felt that the dipping sauce was tasteless. Later, the waiter helped to add some light soy sauce or other seasonings? It instantly became the best of the scene. The lobster noodles dipped in the soup are not as refreshing as this bowl of treasure dipping sauce. In order to ensure the freshness of the shrimp, each shrimp thread is not removed, and you need to take it out yourself, but it’s still tolerable. It’s delicious, and it’s paired with a delicious, cheap and large bottle of Dayao. If you can only eat crayfish in one restaurant in Wuhan, I recommend this one.
A great place for shrimp. It's always lined up, so popular that I always order a large bowl, which makes me lose my composure when eating. [Flavor] They offer both steamed and spicy options. [Environment] Nice and spacious setting, right near Zhongshan Park. After dinner, you can explore the park. [Service] Excellent and attentive service.
Today I finally got to taste the crayfish~smecta…the taste is excellent, it beats any lobster restaurant in Zhengzhou. It looks elegant, but it is rich in flavor, rich in layers, and full of fragrance. I can’t stop eating it after the first bite. What kind of magic is this? After some research, I guess it’s the sauce…it would be great if you could tell me the secret recipe (¬㉨¬) The soup is also well-refined, the fried lotus root strips are delicious, the cold noodles are mixed with local sesame sauce, and with spicy, in one word, delicious! After a full meal, I had a cup of local hot green bean soup, boiled to a boil, to relieve the heat, wonderful.
Liangliang Steamed Shrimp on Sanyang Road is an authentic crayfish restaurant. Unlike the stir-fried dishes in Nanjing and Shanghai, theirs is steamed. While it might sound a bit less worldly, the flavor is undeniably delicious. It's a must-try, making it a great choice for crayfish in Wuhan. [Queue] I went on a weekday evening and there were four people in line. [Environment] The overall atmosphere is down-to-earth, with a film mural to admire. [Dish 1] Dish Name: Liangliang Steamed Shrimp Price: ¥138 · Crayfish prioritizes ingredients and toppings. · Unlike traditional crayfish, theirs is steamed. · Served on a large porcelain plate, the portion is just right for two people. · Fresh lobster, steamed, has a vibrant red appearance and a spicy, tender texture. · Eat while hot to savor the delicate flavor of the shrimp. At the legendary Wansongyuan Food Street, the food and service at Liangliang Steamed Shrimp speak for themselves—perfectly presented. The lines were also incredibly long. A reminder: if you're visiting Wuhan, follow their WeChat official account to get pre-order inspiration and then head to the restaurant—it's incredibly convenient. Go ahead, food lovers!
