👋Suzhou Subo Xizhouxuan offers a fantastic dining experience. The courtyard is incredibly elegant, with a pond teeming with large koi fish, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The tranquil and stylish dining environment is perfect for banquets and gatherings. 😆A must-try is their signature Wuliangye fruitwood-roasted duck! The skin is crispy and juicy yet not greasy, with a subtle aroma of liquor wafting from the table. Served with a variety of dipping sauces, each bite of duck meat wrapped in a thin pancake is incredibly flavorful and satisfying. ❤️The restaurant specializes in Huaiyang cuisine, so we specifically ordered the Huaiyang-style dried vegetable and oil-fried prawns. The prawns were large and firm, with plump, juicy meat, and the sauce was perfectly infused into the meat, resulting in a savory and authentic flavor. 😋The stir-fried chicken with abalone was surprisingly delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the abalone was fresh and springy—perfect with rice. 👍The summer limited-edition lobster paper-wrapped shumai is definitely worth trying. The paper-thin wrapper is filled with a generous amount of filling, and the lobster flavor is very prominent. Pair it with rose lychee jelly for dessert; the sweet jelly texture and the blend of fruity and floral aromas are just right to cleanse the palate. 🫶The service throughout is a major plus. Waiter Mark was responsive, attentive, and attentive throughout, quickly accommodating any needs with a gentle and considerate attitude. Overall, the food is consistently delicious and exquisitely presented. With excellent ambiance, taste, and service, this place is highly recommended!
You can pick lotus in Jiangnan, and the lotus leaves are so lush. This soup has a good artistic conception [yeah] The brown sugar lotus root is also good, soft and glutinous but not too sweet, but with the aroma of brown sugar. The pig head meat is still better made by Jiangnan stove, and the pig head meat is better when it is cold and hot. The Huaiyang soft bun is a must-order, very good.
The signature roast duck is also the best food on earth, crispy and crispy, fat but not greasy, and leaves a lasting impression. Being in the Park Hyatt Suzhou, you can immerse yourself in the collision of the famous painting of pine and crabapple, as if you have walked into the world of ink painting. The splendid culture and long history of Suzhou are even more colorful and graceful here.
Eating in season is a local food tradition in Suzhou. Located on the first floor of the hotel, Xizhouxuan adheres to the dining concept of selecting seasonal fresh and organic high-quality ingredients. From traditional Suzhou breakfast to classic delicacies, it brings authentic local delicacies and world-class delicacies to the guests who come to enjoy themselves.
