迪拜朱美拉文華東方酒店米芝蓮一星餐廳TASCA BY JOS AVILLEZ主廚Chef José Barroso客座深圳MO的TAPAS77,我個人認為是最近吃過比較成功的聯彈。José是葡萄牙人,竟然在Ceviche裡放了tiger milk,這個神物我之前在秘魯本地人封神的Astrid y Gastón餐廳視頻裡介紹過!懂的都懂。

記憶中巴塞隆拿的Tapas還有Ceviche,確實是讓人有幸福感,美食的魂魄在每天的點滴生活裡。TAPAS77這裡的海鮮飯和薯仔天婦羅球都是必點的。薯仔天婦羅滾燙燙,酥脆裡裹著香味「岩漿」,心急吃不了。海鮮飯邊上的ash,是吃起來有脆感與煙燻味的意大利米,那是折騰無數輪之後的美味灰燼,很驚喜。

鎮場主廚Chef Evan一口流利中文,細緻入微。

我認為如果每天只關注小小的事就夠,真的是人生莫大的幸福,再小的Tapas也是可以讓有點難搞的我和女朋友們食指大動的。
