This is a Japanese restaurant I always visit when I'm in Shenzhen for business. The atmosphere is fantastic, the service is warm and attentive, and I know every server—it feels like home. I highly recommend the live sea urchin sashimi. The servers grill the seaweed sheets right at your table, making them extra crispy [thumbs up]—very thoughtful. The grilled seaweed with a scalloped edge is another must-order dish. It's rich in oil and has a tender, smooth texture. Highly recommended! There are also member discounts. A Japanese restaurant on the 34th floor of a building in Shenzhen!! The view and ambiance are amazing! Finally found time to check out this high-rise Japanese restaurant! ✌🏻 The window seat had a fantastic view ☺️ The entire city skyline was laid out before you. The ambiance was incredible! Perfect for a weekend date or a small gathering with friends. The classic red wine foie gras 🍷 was infused with the aroma of red wine. It melted in your mouth, with a sweet and delicate texture. The scallops with green peas 🫘 were thick and tender. Dipped in the green pea sauce, the refreshing flavor was rich and layered. They also had 🥩 grilled snowflake beef, slightly charred over charcoal. Biting into it released a burst of juicy flavor—tender, juicy, and incredibly fragrant! The eel soup 🎣 featured tender and flavorful eel in a rich broth. Taking advantage of the Chinese New Year holiday, I brought my family from Shanghai to Shenzhen for vacation. It's just a short walk from the hotel. The dishes are really fresh, and you can see fresh ingredients when ordering. I especially recommend the black gold abalone and beef! I encountered fireworks and drone shows, which were very beautiful. The whole dining experience is not inferior to the Michelin star in Shanghai, it's great! 🌹🌹🌹🧡ྀི💛ྀི❤️ྀི

I came to their restaurant for the third time with my colleagues from the company. They changed the seasonal menu again! The dishes are very rich and fresh. Every teacup and wine glass has a strong sense of exquisite art. The scenery is even more unique. From a high altitude, you can see half of Shenzhen's mountains and rivers! You can also see our company's headquarters building from a distance, hahaha [grin]

Friends who like Japanese food almost all come to this restaurant for dinner. I also came here with a few friends tonight. Hesong is just opposite Yitian Holiday Plaza. The location is easy to find. When we came up to the 34th floor, the waitress greeted us warmly at the door. When we entered the restaurant, she enthusiastically took us to the private room. Dishes: The dishes tasted very good, such as the salt-grilled salmon head, which was particularly fragrant. The sea urchin tasted very good, melted in the mouth, and tasted even better with seaweed and rose salt. I ordered a beef intestine pot, which tasted very fresh and sweet. I will come here with my family next weekend to enjoy the drone and fireworks show.
