Rossio（MGM MACAU）

A very cost-effective restaurant with a good environment and rich food. You can eat as much seafood as you want. The view is nice, and you can see the Skydome Square. The salmon is so plump and melts in your mouth. You can take more. The combination of Chinese and Western food can basically meet the needs of customers. The service fee is also a bit high. But I'm used to it.

The buffet at MGM is certainly not bad, with lobsters and crabs. At more than 400 Macau dollars, it is really not expensive, and is similar to high-end buffets in Shanghai. The desserts are also of very high quality.

There's a wide selection of food, including excellent seafood. Unfortunately, there's no foie gras, only duck liver. While the desserts are plentiful, the flavors are average, and the ice cream is just average. The chefs and kitchen staff are friendly and welcoming, but the front-of-house staff, perhaps due to staffing constraints, are slow to clear the plates. The tables are a bit too close together, making access difficult.
