Yijia Chuzhuang, this is my second time to go there. It is a relatively clean restaurant in Luanchuan. I personally like it very much. It is famous for its soup. There are many soup pots in the hall for you to choose from. The second floor is the private room, and there is also an introduction to the Chinese chef Yi Yin!

This time-honored noodle shop is just 200 meters from the entrance of the Laojun Mountain Scenic Area, perfect for refueling after exploring the area. Their signature beef stew noodles are generous portions, featuring generous chunks of beef stewed to tender tenderness. Paired with chewy hand-rolled noodles and a rich beef bone broth, one bowl warms you up completely. Spicy food lovers shouldn&#39;t miss their secret chili oil; it&#39;s fragrant yet refreshing, and it&#39;s a perfect addition to the noodles!

On the way to Laojun Mountain, our driver recommended this place for dinner, and it was quite good. The interior decor is quite unique, and since it was less crowded at noon, we were able to sit at a large table. The plates are artistic, and the wall features a story about &quot;Lihua Teaching Children,&quot; a story full of cultural heritage. It&#39;s a large chain restaurant, with many &quot;Henan Famous Food&quot; signs at the entrance, giving it a sense of history. The service was quite friendly and welcoming. Since it was lunchtime, we didn&#39;t order much. The Hu Tu Noodles were similar to the local hot noodles. They had plenty of toppings, like crushed peanuts and celery, and the broth was thick, smooth, and quite flavorful. The Lao Luoyang pot stickers were huge, and the Lao Luoyang jelly skin was crispy and delicious, supposedly a specialty. The fried meatballs, though I thought they were a dish, turned out to be soupy, seemingly made from vermicelli noodles. They had a slightly burnt aroma, but were pretty standard.

Although the store is not very luxurious, there are many people coming during meal time. It should be a local old store. The store owner is also very polite. They come here to eat beef soup. You can order more beef if you like. The beef is very delicious and fresh. I like to eat the beef and the ingredients first, and then drink the soup slowly. It is very enjoyable, and the soup is sweet and delicious.

This shop mainly serves meat, and the various pots they make are delicious.
