During the May Day holiday, I took my family to Jingyang for fun and accidentally discovered this treasure restaurant hidden in the yard - Dayang Fish Factory! I didn&#39;t expect to be able to eat such a simple live fish hot pot in Jingyang, and it was directly included in the list of small gathering places in the future! &nbsp;

The bottom of the pot is sour and fragrant, and the ginger is fresh without choking the throat. The fish frog meat is tender and chewy, and there is no earthy smell at all. The most important thing is that the garlic meat is particularly easy to fall off the bone! The point is that one pot has two dishes, and you can cook vegetables after shabu-shabu fish, which is super satisfying~ &nbsp;
