花蓮香扁食(中正店)

Bianshi generally refers to wontons from Fujian and other places. Wontons are usually called wontons in the north and most areas of southern Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Different regions in the south have different names, such as chao shou in Sichuan, bao mian in Hubei, baofu in southern Anhui, and bianshi in Fujian and central Jiangsu. In Guangdong, the word "wonton" is relatively rare, so it is commonly written as "wonton" (Cantonese), which is the same pronunciation. The English word "wonton" comes from Cantonese.

I visited the exhibition, met dogs waiting for their owners to take photos, took the train to Hualien, ate the famous Yexiang flatbread, saw the rose stone, coincided with the aboriginal harvest festival, and finally ate a particularly ripe sugar apple. It was a rich experience and really good~ ​

This Taiwanese style noodle shop is probably run by a husband and wife. Business is good and most of the customers come to eat here. The amount of noodles is not big. But the variety is quite rich, including dry noodles, soup noodles, wontons, vegetables, and dried tofu, all of which taste good.

Dumplings are wontons, which are called chao shou in Sichuan and wonton in Shanghai. Dumplings are smaller and taste good.

You have to eat flatbreads when you come. Basically, it is similar to wontons, with thin skin, lots of fillings, and good soup.
