This braised chicken rice noodle soup is amazing! The broth is incredibly rich, and the rice noodles are perfectly cooked, clinging to the broth beautifully. The braised chicken is generously portioned, and the meat is very flavorful. Don't you all love adding tons of toppings when you're slurping your noodles? I always top it up with pickled cabbage and chili oil; the aroma after mixing it all together is simply intoxicating! 😋 This bowl is so satisfying, I'll definitely come back next time!
This restaurant is halal, and the environment is quite simple and clean. They offer a buffet set meal for 38 yuan per person, where you can add as much of your own vegetables and staple food as you like. I suggest you go early; around 11:30 am, it's not too crowded, and the dishes have just been served, so you can find what you like. Remember to bring some cash, as sometimes the cell phone signal is weak, and you can't pay by scanning a QR code.
The braised chicken rice noodles were truly generous, with a good amount of chicken. I also ordered an extra portion of chicken feet, which were stewed until tender and falling off the bone with just a touch. The broth was savory and flavorful, and the rice noodles soaked up the broth beautifully. If you're visiting Mile, you could try ordering this combination.
