Paper Moon is a long-standing restaurant that specializes in Italian and Milanese-style pizza. After opening in Dubai and Manila, it officially chose Ocean Terminal in 2017 to open its seventh branch worldwide. It has a 270-degree view of Victoria Harbor and plenty of outdoor seating.

Let me talk about dinner~ The restaurant is in Harbour City (near the West Kowloon side), with outdoor seating, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of Hong Kong Island directly. If the weather is good, it is a great place to take photos. There is a tasting menu in the evening. I took a look and felt that the price was expensive and the cost performance was low, so I chose to order a la carte. Grilled Lamb Chops with Herbs This lamb chop is quite amazing, it is roasted very tender, and most importantly, it has no smell! The meat is quite tasty and is good to eat directly; you can also ask the waiter for mint sauce to make it more flavorful. Pizza EDI I ordered an Italian pizza, which was pretty good overall. The ingredients were sufficient, the dough was soft and chewy, but the pizza was a bit dry on the edge. Smoked Pork Fettuccine & Cheese Ravioli with Truffle Sauce You must also eat pasta. The two pastas have different types of cheese and are very rich in flavor, but you won’t feel sick. The wontons are all very plump and very chewy. I think the biggest feature of the wide noodles is that they are cooked just right, softer than the traditional al dente, which is more in line with the taste of Asians.
