This time I ordered the sweet potato twice-cooked pork, which tasted like the food my father made when I was a child. Few chefs can make such a taste. The white meat mixed with Huoxiang is made of half fat and half lean meat. It tastes fat but not greasy, spicy and fragrant, and the Huoxiang flavor is just right.
