四季酒店采逸轩是酒店里面的中餐厅，饭店的装修是中式风格，这里的很多菜都比较精致，黑蒜大千虾球、五粮液炒豆苗、脆皮炸子鸡，海鲜炒饭都非常不错，问题是现在很多与海鲜沾边的菜可能不一定能提供，需要提前预约。

Its spot right by Dajiaoting station on Metro Line 7 turned out to be perfect, making it super easy to reach hotspots like Universal Studios Beijing or the bustling Guomao CBD. The hotel itself impressed with its clean rooms, comfortable beds, and handy amenities like a washer-dryer and blackout curtains. Starting my mornings with delicious breakfast buffets, both Western and Chinese style, set the tone for busy days ahead, and the evening snacks were a nice touch after a day out.

My days were a blend of Beijing essentials. For iconic history, nothing matches The Forbidden City or the Great Wall—being there is surreal, the scale and ancient stories palpable in every step. Walking through city neighborhoods and exploring among locals, I couldn't help but notice the shifting landscape of old and new. Traditional architecture stands alongside sleek skyscrapers and vibrant shopping malls, making each stroll an adventure.

Beijing’s food scene is an experience in itself. At 1949 - Duck de Chine (98 Jinbao Street), I tasted their famous Peking duck, savoring crisp skin and tender meat layered in pancakes with sweet sauce. Fu Chun Ju, on the 3rd floor of The PuXuan Hotel and Spa, offered refined Chinese cuisine in the heart of Dongcheng, with standout dim sum and delicate aquatic dishes. Italian cravings led me to MIO (3rd Floor, Four Seasons Hotel, No. 48 Liangmaqiao Road), where the contemporary vibe and fresh pastas provided a change of pace. For a classic Beijing ambiance, PEKING CHAMBER (No.11 Nanchizi Street) delighted with elegant interiors and creative presentations of traditional dishes. Cai Yi Xuan rounded out my culinary journey with fine Cantonese flavors and top-notch service.

創意寫作:以城牆上一塊磚的視角,寫一段獨白。它看過什麼?它在想什麼?它喜歡冬天嗎?
