The steak with penny bun was cooked just right—tender inside, nice crust. Sitting under that red carpet ceiling felt pretty special too. Service stayed attentive but not pushy.

Went for lunch and grabbed their couscous with lamb — the sauce was rich, not too salty, and the meat just fell off the bone. Place was calm, easy to chat without shouting. Prices fair for the portion. Would come back if I’m in the area again.

Steak was solid again, same quality as last time. Place gets busy but the staff still remembers regulars. That's why I keep coming back.

The Rockfort burger was solid, good flavor and cooked right. Prices are a bit steep for the size though. BBQ one's decent too if you're into that.

The dinner buffet had a good spread, everything looked fresh and nicely laid out. Staff kept refilling the trays fast, which I appreciated. Dining room stayed clean the whole time too. Only thing is it can get a bit busy around 8pm, but that’s expected. Solid spot if you’re in the area and want variety without the fuss.

Food was solid and portions were decent for the price. Service lagged a bit but nothing terrible. I'd come back for the food alone.

Came for dinner and the lighting really sets the mood—soft, warm, not too bright. Got the lamb tagine and it was tender, the kind that falls apart with just a fork. Service was polite but a little slow between courses. Still, I left full and happy. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

The Adana kebab was properly charred and juicy, lamb ribs fell off the bone. Portions are big for the price. Place gets busy fast though.

The place looks great and the vibe is solid. Good spot if you're in the area. Service was quick enough for a busy Saturday.

Been coming here for months now. Sushi stays fresh every single time, which is honestly hard to find in Algiers. Price is fair for what you get.

The view of the bay is unreal, and the staff actually make you feel welcome. Great pick for hanging out with friends.

The decor here is really calm, which I appreciated. It’s right in the center, so easy to get to. I had the Algerian couscous and it was good. Place was pretty quiet when I went. Maybe book ahead if you’re coming at peak time, it seemed like it could fill up.

The terrace is lovely, that’s for sure. We went for the mixed grill platter—meat was a touch dry, honestly. Could’ve used a good sauce. The salad came out fresh but underseasoned. I had a glass of red with it, which helped. Nice spot for a relaxed evening, just wish the kitchen paid a bit more attention to the details.

The cakes looked really pretty and tasted good too. Prices are a bit steep though. Place gets crowded and even the non-smoking section gets kinda smoky. Still enjoyed the dessert though.
