The truffle gnocchi was solid and the portion size honestly surprised me for the price. Terrace seating was nice too. Just make sure you book ahead, place fills up fast.

The deck seating right above the falls is the main reason to come here. We grabbed a table at the edge and just watched the water while eating. Venison stew was solid, rich and filling for a chilly afternoon. It's a bit touristy and the chairs aren't the most comfortable, but the view makes up for it.

The lamb and pork under the sač were so tender, honestly the best part of the meal. Portions are big too, way better value than the spots right by the park entrance. I'd go back just for that.

The pizza was surprisingly good—fresh, decent size, and the crust had a nice chew. Prices felt fair for what you got. Service was quick and friendly, which I appreciated since I just wanted a hassle-free stop near the park. Solid spot if you're in the area and don't want to overthink it. Maybe not a destination place, but it worked well for me.

Big portions for sure. The fried squid was solid and the Energy pizza did the job for the kids. Nice quiet spot on a shaded street in the old town. Prices felt fair.

The fish soup and sea bass were spot on—fresh, cooked right. House wine did the job with the seafood. Solid spot if you're nearby.

The grilled fish was properly done, flaky inside with that slight char on the outside. Burger was decent too, meat tasted fresh. Place was busy for a Tuesday but we got seated quick enough. Prices are fair for what you get. Nothing fancy but solid.

Solid seafood spot in Senj. Grilled octopus was fresh, crab ravioli too. Family-run feel, service friendly. Nothing fancy but does the job.

We grabbed the fish platter and seared tuna, plus that cauliflower side. Everything came out looking great, tasted fresh. The hazelnut pistachio dessert though, that was the real winner. Honestly, one of the better ones I've had in a while. Place has a nice vibe, and the bill wasn't crazy for what you get. Maybe a bit busy, but fine.

We went for a late lunch, place wasn’t too busy. Grilled calamari was properly done, not rubbery. Tuna was fresh too, decent size for the price. Service kept it simple, checked on us once, no hovering. Portions are generous, we actually couldn’t finish everything. Would come back if I’m in the area again.

Stopped here on the main road—easy to find. Meat platter was plenty for two, and the pizza actually surprised me. Not fancy, but solid and fairly priced.

The peka was honestly the highlight—lamb just fell off the bone, so tender. We sat outside, nice rustic vibe. Service was friendly, no complaints there. Only thing, it took a while to come out, but worth the wait. Would go back for sure.

The seafood pasta was fresh and the portion was decent for the price. Service was friendly, nothing to complain about. Sat by the window with the sea right there - made the whole lunch feel easy.

Pizza dough was soft, meat nicely seasoned. Decent spot for the price, nothing fancy but solid.

The grilled local fish was done really well. Waiter even deboned it at the table, which I appreciated. Cheesecake in a cup was a nice little surprise. Prices felt fair for being right by the beach. Place got a bit noisy later in the evening, but that's on us for the timing. Decent meal overall.

Stopped by for a late lunch. Portions are solid, classic Croatian food done right. Service was quick, no fuss. Got a bit crowded around 1pm, but that’s expected. Fair price for what you get. I’d come back if I’m in the area again.

Stopped by for a beer and ended up staying longer than planned. The interior is really something—rock and wood everywhere, feels like a proper pub but with its own character. Good selection of local and international brews too. Only thing is it got a bit crowded later in the evening, but that's kind of expected. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped here on the way through Vrbovsko and honestly the cheeseburger hit the spot. Juicy, decent size, not one of those sad highway patties. Service was quick too, which I appreciated since I didn't want to wait around forever. Place is easy to miss but worth pulling off for. Maybe not a destination, but a solid pit stop.

Came for the grilled fish, left thinking about that view. Right on the harbour, can't beat it. Fish was fresh, cooked properly, not overdressed. Staff kept checking in without hovering. Only thing, it's a bit pricey for what you get, but you're paying for the location. Would sit outside again.

The owners were super friendly and funny, made the whole place feel warm. Pizza was honestly some of the best around here. Just get there on time, it gets packed fast. 🍕

Came here for a birthday dinner. Food was fresh, portions generous. Service was attentive but not hovering. Terrace was a nice bonus. Only thing—it got a bit loud as the evening went on. Not a dealbreaker, but if you want quiet conversation, ask for a table inside. Solid choice overall.

Stopped here before heading to the lakes and honestly the bear ravioli was the move. Rich, hearty, perfect for a chilly day. My friend got the wild game goulash and kept stealing bites of mine though 😅 Service was super chill and friendly. Bonus points for the classic rock playlist in the background.

Been coming here for years now. Pizza's still huge and cheap, that's why I keep going back. Service is quick, you're in and out. Cash only though, always forget that. And it gets loud when it's busy, but for the price I'm not complaining. Solid spot if you just want a proper feed without any fuss.

The river and waterfall view is really something — you can just sit there and take it in. Fish tasted properly fresh too. Simple meal, no fuss, and the swimming spot right there is a bonus.

Decent spot near the national park. Mushroom soup and fried squid were pretty good, prices fair for what you get. Nothing fancy but fine for a quick meal.

Solid pasta and the mushroom soup was the real deal. Homemade, clearly. Sat outside, no complaints about the spot. Price felt right for what you get. Nothing fancy, just decent food.
