This hotel has great facilities. It just needs some love and attention. The pool was great, the gym was excellent, and quite spacious. There was no drinking water available at the gym, though. The A/C was switched off and hence, it was super hot when I entered the gym. The location of the hotel was the biggest problem. There were no shops or restaurants close by. It's far from the city and closer to the airport which we knew. The reception was very difficult to reach and had to inform them or call them several times to get things done. Even though, they say it's a free shuttle. it's quite hard to get any communication from the reservations for pickup from the airport. Then, the breakfast, it was quite average and there were just too many bugs are worms crushed to death by the customers walking around. it was quite disgusting. The fruit section was completely left open and bugs and fruit flies were lying on it. All they had to do was just cover them. Hopefully, they take this feedback constructively and improve.

The deposit has been cashed and locked for 7 working days after the check out , sending email to the bank ! unceptable! Considering all the guests how much money with this system are they getting in interests from the bank every year ? This is not common practice and probably not legal !

We arrived my girlfriend and I for our last few hours together and on entering the room helped by the porter we both smelt smoke and I assumed it was from the porters clothes. We booked a taxi through the hotel which was good and left for the airport. My girlfriend on returning alone couldn't sleep that night, the smell still was there from the previous smoking in the room. My girlfriend didn't complain before she left but I am very disappointed with that room. I would appreciate consideration for some refund for the room cost. Other than this I'm happy with trip. I have stayed in Miracle Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel many times. This time, I choose to stay here again because my outgoing flight to Singapore was delayed from 8.35 pm on 14 February 2025 to 1.35 am local time on 15 February 2025. So, I check-out after 10 pm on 14 February 2025 instead. Another coincidence is that the hotel's lift is not working on 15 February 2025 as the local utility authority is maintaining electricity supply throughout the day on 15 February. So I am right to check-out before 12 am on 15 February. Choosing to stay in this hotel is due to its close proximity to the third runway. On the ground during winter, I can see aircraft taking off for the sky on the rooftop swimming pool area as well as at the hotel's car park. The scenery is beautiful although it can be either foggy or smoggy in the morning of winter. The staff are friendly and are all ready to help guests. In the evening, I eat their sweet and sour fish and mixed fried vegetables together for the first time which costs me more than 300 Baht. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay at this hotel and I will stay here for plane-spotting if necessary again because the hotel makes miracles happen, hence ”You are my Miracle”.

A nicely decorated hotel. Our room is spotlessly clean and spacious. The sofa is comfortable. It is close to the BTS Bearing station. Just 7 mins walk. I didn't buy the breakfast ticket, but my friends said the breakfast was quite good. Have bread, egg and salad. Limited choice of fruit. Most are Thai style hot dishes. Don't have expectations of the coffee provided. I ordered foodpanda for breakfast, but the restaurant did not allow me to use their dishes. There's a microwave which is a plus. Generally speaking we had a comfortable stay.

We stayed here because it's close to the verso intl school, for a swim event. The place has a good swimming pool and amenities, some of which are available for a fee and some are for free such as swimming and table tennis. The place itself is a golf destination, a good place to relax away from the bustling city noises. We like to stay when we have activities around. Good breakfast, too and the room allows children to stay for free.

Old hotel, located directly at the airport. The overnight rates are overpriced as most of the hotel is in need of renovation, especially the guest rooms. The carpets in the rooms have old stains, there are no electrical outlets by the beds, and much more. Great breakfast buffet, nice swimming pool area and friendly staff.

The shuttle service was good. Felt a little chaotic because BKK is a busy location. I had to email the hotel prior to get the info on the meeting point and schedule for the shuttle to/from the airport. The hotel is great for overnight stay for transfers, but far from any decent shopping or eats. The bathroom needs deep cleaning as there were mildew stain and smell, hence the low rating for cleanliness. Bed was confortable. I was on the 6th floor and there was no water pressure for the shower. I wouldn’t rate this hotel at 5 stars.

At first, I booked one night, then I I need to stay for another night. I called the reception to let them know. The next morning, I came down from the 3rd floor to make the payment for the added night and go out for shopping. When I came back, I met my sister who brought my 2 lugguages that I left at her house. We walked up to my room on the 3rd floor (there is no elevater in this building) and found out that we could not get into my room with the keycard. We were so tired walking up and got so angry. I called the guy at the reception and someone got us a new keycard. This incident should not happen to give bad experience to tme or any other guest. The staffs should pay more attention to give their best services to impress the guests of the hotel.
