There a two nice pools at the hotel and it has a beautiful view of the ocean. The hotel seems to be a popular destination for Egyptians to bring their kids during school holiday, so I would suggest wearing a one-piece bathing suit. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the sea and was non-smoking. The breakfast is pretty good with a wide variety of choices, including freshly-made waffles and omelettes. We ate most of our meals at the hotel restaurants and both Izoya and Nazaya have a good ambience and above-average food. Quite pricey and popular among the locals for special occasions like birthdays.
If you are a light sleeper, do not book this hotel. The original building is a beautiful historical hotel with a stained glass dome, marble floors and a ballroom, making it a perfect venue for weddings… and Egyptian weddings last until 4am, and the hotel hosted at least one pretty much every night. The music and laughter would have been a problem, except that it was almost completely drowned out by the air-conditioner, which sounded like an old VW Beetle trying to start. Honestly, I didn’t know it was possible for an AC to be so loud. Overall, the rooms and amenities are a bit out of date and faded and could do with sprucing up.
Whilst the location of this hotel is excellent, and the aesthetic of the hotel is very regal / European in its vibe (old style elevator, bell boy, tea room), the actual facilities are just average. The handle to our room was broken, the room itself smelt damp, there was no wifi connection available and no water bottles were provided as previously promised. The novelty in living in a “fancy” turn-of-the-century style hotel was fine for 1 night, but I’m not sure I’d recommend this place based on the price tag per night.
Thank you for the warm welcome! The hotel is located in a closed, guarded area, among many shops (shopping center), cafes and restaurants. It is incredibly convenient, since you can go out in the evening for a walk and have dinner without any problems and with pleasure) A small piece of Europe in noisy, dusty and high-calorie Alexandria🙏
+ Cozy room, large bed with a good mattress and clean fresh linen.
+ New plumbing, good pressure and hot water
+ Bathrobes in the rooms upon request, but free of charge, no slippers)
+ Delicious hearty breakfasts, a large selection in a clean stylish restaurant with good dishes and furniture
+ The price of accommodation includes use of swimming pools (one heated, one without - on the roof of the hotel), sauna, hamam, jacuzzi - we enjoyed using this service in the evenings after busy excursion days, in silence and relaxation summing up the day!
Excellent hotel for its price, I recommend!
This hotel is located inside Montaza Park, with standard sea view rooms and its own beach. The hotel is very new, the bedding facilities are comfortable, and the service is attentive and attentive. There are also welcome cakes and free drinks. Breakfast is not a buffet, the gourmet breakfast is very special. Among the five-star hotels in Alexandria, it is the best value for money.
I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Alexandria for two days and my experience was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's magnificent decor, inspired by the 1800s. Every detail, from the furniture to the lighting fixtures, evoked a classic elegance that transported me to another era.
The hotel has direct access to a shopping center, which is extremely convenient for shopping without leaving the comfort of the establishment. In addition, the interior of the hotel is decorated with numerous paintings, adding to the artistic and refined atmosphere of the place.
But what really made my stay exceptional was the staff. Each member of the team was smiling, very welcoming and always ready to help. Their attention to detail and desire to make your stay as pleasant as possible is truly remarkable.
I highly recommend the Four Seasons Alexandria to anyone looking for a luxury hotel experience with a historic twist. It is a place where beauty, comfort and hospitality meet harmoniously.
The room is clean and compact, and the hotel lobby is a very high space. When you enter, it feels like a serious hotel, not a B&B. After exiting the hotel, walk to the right for a minute or two and you will reach the seaside. It is 2 kilometers away from the Pompeii Column and 2.6 kilometers away from the Gabeyi Castle. This store is pretty good, enough for 4 stars. I guess the negative reviews on the Internet are caused by competitors.
Enjoyed my stay in this hotel, I've got no complaints other than the fact that for 4 months now, their private beach has been closed due to government renovations on the beachfront and I do not remember being informed of this in the booking page before I booked. The main reason I booked was for the beach so understandably, I was disappointed.
Very good guarded hotel complex OUTSIDE the city. Beautiful clean safe place. The room is cool, everything is new, but I had a shower, not a bath, as stated in the photo of the room. The breakfast is delicious, a large selection of pastries, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, drinks.. very attentive and pleasant staff.
Check-in at 15.00, but we got the room around 18 in the evening ((. Even on the spot it turned out that an extra charge is required, it is not known for what.. this issue was handled by the Trip service, so I was not very upset. All entertainment in the hotel is paid - billiards, air hockey, tennis, golf. Heated rooftop pool! It's a pity no one said about it, I found it only at the end of the second day of stay.
It is difficult to call a taxi, it is far from the city. You need to wait a long time. Not everyone from the city wants to go there either.

Nnabiki2Beautiful old hotel on the water. I had a great sea view. The breakfast is fine but the roof top location of the restaurant and bar is great! The rooms are maybe a bit smaller than other places, but plenty for two of us and it is quite old and historic so one must understand. It’s got old decor, style, and elevator, but the bathroom, TV, and other amenities are modern and working well. I found the bed, pillows and linens to be clean and comfortable. Location is convenient- near shops, street food, other hotels with their bars and restaurants. Right between the library and the fort. You can see both from the rooftop restaurant or room balcony. About a 20 minute to walk to the library, 30-45 to the fort.

ممحمد نايف الدهاسI had a reservation for 5 days, I used 3 days and due to an emergency I left and gave the remaining 2 days to one of my friends. I informed the reception about this and got their approval. My friend came and said that there was no objection, but I was surprised two hours after I left that they refused to accommodate my friend. I did not get the money back. What is the solution? Note that the receptionists Israa and Nour were kind and helpful.
