1. During Golden Week, public holidays, or periods of traffic control and access restrictions around West Lake, coaches may not be allowed to enter the scenic area, and customers need to transfer to the scenic area one-stop bus at 5 CNY per person or ordinary bus at 2 CNY per person. If you need a charter vehicle, the cost is 200–400 CNY per trip.

2. You can explore the West Lake Scenic Area by local transport, including a boat cruise on West Lake at the cost of 55 CNY per person at your own expense, including boat tour around West Lake and tour guide commentary.

It is recommended to visit the "Songcheng and Songcheng Everlasting Love Performance", which is renowned as one of the "World's Three Famous Shows". Based on the historical anecdotes and myths of Hangzhou, it integrates singing, dancing and acrobatics, and uses modern high-tech means to create a dreamlike artistic effect, giving people a strong visual shock. It can rival the Moulin Rouge in Paris, France and the Las Vegas Show in the United States.

Charging standard: 320 CNY per person for local on-site tour guide (including visiting Songcheng Scenic Area and watching the performance "Songcheng Everlasting Love", as well as pick-up and drop-off by car guide). If you purchase self-funded items on other platforms or channels by yourself, you will need to pay an additional on-site guide service fee and parking fee of 60 CNY per person per visit.

Tips: This scenic spot is a self-funded project. Guests can choose to participate in it voluntarily and at their own expense. There is no mandatory consumption.

Due to the severe traffic control at the West Lake, if you want to avoid the congested sections, you can choose to go to Songcheng with a vehicle. It is recommended to disband the group at the entrance of Songcheng Scenic Area by high-speed rail after 19:30 and by plane after 21:30. During holidays, it is suggested to delay by one hour. If you want to visit Songcheng Scenic Area, you can inform the tour guide in advance for assistance in buying tickets, and the cost will be borne by yourself. If you want to visit Songcheng, it is recommended that you choose the high-speed train that returns after 10:30 p.m.
