“Highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting Chengdu for the first time and have never been to Jiuzhaigou. The valley is truly spectacular if you enjoy lakes and waterfalls. Walking around the park is easy as all the paths are broadwalks, so you can enjoy the scenery without worrying about your shoes even in the rain! The guide buses are non stop so don't worry even if you see a long queue for the bus. The other side trips on the first and third days were well planned also, leaving plenty of time for you to do a leisurely stroll or a more adventurous hike depending on your own preference and ability. Be mindful to dress for the weather and higher altitude. Our guide was super helpful and thorough, maintaining contact with us via WeChat the entire time including itinerary details, instructions and checking in. Cannot praise her enough for her professionalism and warmth. Truly blessed to have met her!”

“It was a short 2D1N trip in Guangzhou, but overall a well-organised and enjoyable experience with the Trip.com team. Everything was smoothly coordinated from pickup to hotel check-in, led by a manager who ensured all arrangements were well handled before and during the trip. We were given three hotel options, but we felt they were all a bit too far from the main attractions and city areas. However, the overall itinerary was still manageable and we were able to enjoy Guangzhou’s highlights, local food, and vibrant atmosphere. The hotel itself was comfortable and the team support was responsive throughout. Overall, it was a hassle-free and pleasant trip. Special thanks to our guide, 王玺, and our driver for taking such good care of us throughout our Guilin trip. From the airport pickup to hotel check-in and daily arrangements, 王玺 was attentive, helpful, and responsive. Although the pickup vehicle was smaller than expected, he quickly stepped in to assist and coordinate. While some attractions, such as the ancient town on the last day, were not particularly worthwhile in our opinion, the overall experience was enjoyable. Most importantly, we felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout the journey. “While responses were fast and day-before itineraries useful, my experience with one particular planner was deeply unsatisfactory—negatives far outweighed positives. He called repeatedly without checking if I was free—very inconsiderate. More seriously, he changed our hotel from A to B without advance notice, after all discussions had been about A and we'd sent our packages there. He sent a one-line message and called that "notification." When raised, he was defensive and unhelpful, insisting B was better. He even suggested we switch hotels—after a full day of travel to Chengdu with elderly group members, already checked into B. Another planner had to step in to apologize and retrieve our packages. He showed no genuine apology. After the trip, he had the audacity to ask for a 10-star rating and screenshot—still defensive, wrong gender despite correction. Other planners were fine. Any positive rating reflects their efforts, not his. I hope this feedback leads to better customer handling.”
