The reception at the hotel was fantastic! Especially if you opt for the Star Prestige, you get a private check-in and a tour. The 5th and 6th floors are reserved for these guests, featuring a terrace and pool. There's also a complimentary self-service bar with well-prepared snacks and a variety of drinks. Room maintenance was impeccable, and the mattress was the best we've ever had in a hotel. The food was truly refined and very diverse, with an exceptional breakfast as well. To mention a few minor drawbacks: I found the hotel's entrance and bar somewhat cold and uninviting. Additionally, the loud music in the bar made it less ideal for evening conversations and drinks. The downstairs pool area and upper terrace felt quite crowded, and more greenery would have been welcome. Moreover, the predominantly English guests were often noisy and drunk, leading to disrupted sleep due to loud hallway commotions every night. This dampened our overall hotel experience a bit. Nonetheless, thank you for the lovely vacation!
