Self Care Exhibition
#wheretogo for free exhibition. Suria KLCC is having a mental illness awareness campaign! It's interesting because there are so many information and few psychologists & counsellors on stand by to help you!
There is also a calming room where you can take a deep breath. Singapore should have such interesting exhibition! Didn't expect Malaysia have many stressful people too although their work pace is super slow and relax.
It was a surprise exhibition for my visit to Suria KLCC. You should come here for more interesting and limited time exhibition. Do check out their website to be alerted.

#museum #exhibition #france #europe #memories #childhood Remember the famous comic book and kids show, the adventure of Tin Tin? Never did I know that this originality came from the French. The Herge musuem located at Rue du Labrador 26, 1348 Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium showcases the adventure of Tin Tin. It was based on a person's life but turn into a comic book. If you are into the comic book and kids show, you will be greeted with many familiar props and gadgets used in the show.Definitely a fun place to be especially with your kids.#belgium

The escape from the Upside down
managed to experience this myself and i have to say its really worth it!
as a Stranger Things fan myself, it felt very nostalgic? seeing things all the way from Season 1 - Season 4. The sets are super detailed and the visuals are amazing!
This experience brings you all the way from the house of the Byers, all the way to the house of Vecna which is very exciting to me (was fanboying 90% of the time hehe)
it felt very realistic especially when we had "missions" to complete, and if you're a fan, you'll definitely enjoy and complete them with ease! The staffs there were very helpful and very very nice too.
towards the end, you'll end up in a Starcourt setup where you can get a variety of exclusive merch! - and also some very cute picture spots for you to pose for the gram! (you also get to dress up as Robin and Steve at "Scoops Ahoy!" ) 🥶

Artistic world of wonder in a bustling city
I’d you’re heading to Tokyo then a trip to team lab planets is essential! head to Shin Toyosu station and it’s right at the bottom of the stairs so it’s easy to get to.
But it’s very popular so book a ticket ahead for your designated time slot. We arrived on time for our slot but the queue was still pretty big, so arrive early if you can!
The exhibitions are split into two sections, water and garden. You have to go barefoot for the duration but there are lockers for your shoes and slippers
for the outdoor parts.
The whole experience is incredible and I’d really recommend it but there are a few tips.
> Get ready to go straight in, go to the toilet before
you arrive and get your shoes into the first locker and head to the entrance. This gives you a head start against the crowds so you can have time alone in the exhibitions for photos
> The passageways to get from each room are very narrow and dark so it’s not for anyone who is claustrophobic.
> There are also some steep climbs and knee deep water in dark rooms so not for those easily scared!
But other than that a really exciting exhibition for all the family

Vincent van Gogh Immersive Experience
An immersive Van Gogh experience typically involves transforming a large space, such as a warehouse or exhibition hall, into a dynamic and multimedia environment.
High-definition projections of Van Gogh's famous paintings are displayed on walls, floors, and other surfaces, often accompanied by music and sound effects that complement the visuals. Visitors can walk through the space, feeling as though they are stepping into the paintings and experiencing the artwork from a whole new perspective.

Unbelievable Night at Miramar and NOKE
After exploring the night view of the Miramar Ferris Wheel, we went to the nearby new shopping mall called NOKE, and it was featuring a limited time (April 29 to July 23, 2023) Timeless Flower art exhibition at the first floor done by the Japanese flower artist, botanical sculptor, and co-founder of JARDINS des FLEURS, Azuma Makoto. The frozen flowers were beautiful to see!
If you are visiting Taipei around this time, and like to go to shopping malls, I’d suggest you come here. The NOKE shopping mall is nearby the MRT Jiannan Road Station of the Wenhu Line (brown line), and the mall features this limited time exhibition of frozen flowers until July 23, 2023. I heard this was Azuma’s first solo exhibition in Taipei, and it only takes around 20 minutes to fully appreciate his artwork. Plus the air conditioning is pretty strong here since Taipei is usually hot around this time.

Museum of Art Pudong📍Shanghai
Visiting exhibition around shanghai, the one that caught my eye was this particular installation based art called “Gravity Theater” by the artist Xu Bing 😍
Xu Bing tailor made installation is installed in the main hallway of the museum which is hanging 30 feet from the ceiling and is pulled downwards by gravity with distorted chinese pinyin letters reflected by the huge mirror placed at the bottom of the installation showing the mutual penetration between the work and the space with a shocking visual effect 🤩😍
The making of the installation has various videos installed in the basement floor where you can see how it was assembled and the step by step process from sketch to design and the final outcome is really impressive to see 😍
Visit this amazing installation and enjoy learning about how it was made, and walking to the top 3F you can see the close up of the letters and take amazing images 😍😍

Newest contemporary art space with historical building
Initially, the building was built in 1908 and used up to 1938, as the club house of the Royal Hong Kong Club in an architectural style popular in the Edwardian with red bricks.
It is one of the best kept domestic colonial architecture. The buildings are of arts and crafts style and are all beautifully restored.
It was listed Grade II historian building since 1995.
After some years, it was expanded and developed by the Leisure and Cultural Service Department, working closely with Hong Kong Visual Arts Center, with an aim to develop into a community leisure space, to provide a contemporary art space that encourage creative experimentation and collaboration.
The brand new office was renamed the Oil Street Art Space (oil) and opened to public in 2013, to have a wide variety of art exhibitions to public participation activities.
It offers a quiet and peaceful moments to experience the architectural with art and enjoy the large lawn with mature tree on the designed wooden bench provided amongst the oasis of green in otherwise densely urban.
Currently, there are interesting exhibitions on now Hush-Rush by Choi Sai-Ho

An archaeological discovery in the MTR station
You don’t really have to go to the museum for an exhibition. The Sung Wong Toi 宋王臺MTR station, the location itself is already one of the major archaeological discoveries in HK. As the young generation in HK, I haven’t heard of the Sacred Hill before, until I came across with this exhibition.
“Treasures from Sacred Hill” - Song-Yuan Archaeological Discoveries at Sung Wong Toi
Sacred Hill聖山 (aka Hill of the King of Sung), that no longer exists, is the location which becomes what we called Sung Wong Toi. The penultimate emperor of the Song 宋Dynasty was believed to stay on the hill upon his escape from Yuan 元.
The hill was partially flattened during the Japanese Occupation, and then completely levelled in the 1950s for the expansion of Kai Tak airport.
During the construction of the Sung Wong Toi MTR station, relics from the Song and Yuan periods, including massive of celadon wares, were unearthed in the discovery.
There exhibited incense burners with monster decorations, tiles with family names, household utensils such as bowls and basins with carved design or painting. My favourite ones are the cutie goldfish and the tiny dices.

"Light of Jinsha - The Ancient Shu Civilisation"
"Light of Jinsha - The Ancient Shu Civilisation" exhibition at The Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre
The Jinsha site was a recent archaeological discovery in 2001. The major findings are mainly about the traditional cultural customs back in the ancient Shu of 4,000 years ago.
The exhibition was not big but there were some interesting relics. My favourite one is the stone set of a tiger, a snake and a kneeling figurine with hands tied at the back. It is believed to be a human sacrifice activity, relating to religion or even occult.
There were two grade-one national treasures, gold artefacts - a face-shaped gold foil and a frog-like gold foil.
The most significant treasure unearthed at the site was the "gold foil sunbird", but only the replica was exhibited here instead.
Majority included utensils made of ivory, gold, bronze and jade.
