Manchester in one day 🇬🇧
#thingstodo
Manchester is one of the city located in the northern part of the UK. Last time I went to Manchester to explore around the city. The city is really convenient to go to anywhere with the tram as a transportation. I went to the
Etihad Stadium and the Old Trafford stadium. Those are really cool stadium in Manchester and as a football lover, going to these 2 places is my dream and I am glad that I made it!

Manchester’s Northern Quarter
#manchestertrip
Manchester is a city bustling with character, so much so that it even has designated areas for people expressing themselves. The Northern Quarter is a wondrous place to explore, this is where you’ll see Manchester’s true authenticity and character. The streets are small and interconnected, with graffiti covering most walls - this often represents something about Manchester and that part of the city.
The shops in Northern Quarter are equally as unique, these range from comic stores to cute quaint cafes.
For a true experience in Manchester, this is somewhere you should head!

Canada House, Manchester 🗺️
#manchestertrip
Recently warmed by Canada House in Manchester; a little Canadian oasis right there in the city proper. Tucked away along Deansgate, its location is convenient and Canadian in hospitality. The best thing was the adorable interior--a mix of rustic and modern, making you feel at home. The poutine is standing out, with a taste of Canada in Manchester. 🍟 After eating some hearty comfort food, stroll down Deansgate where there's always something going on at night. Or meander to the John Rylands Library around the corner for a bit of culture instead. Whether you're a Canadian homesick or just curious, Canada House is an enchanting find. 👍 #Manchester #uk #traveladdict

National Trust - Castlefield Viaduct 🛤️

I've just been to the Castlefield Viaduct in Manchester- a piece of history right in the middle of town. 🏰 The location, hidden away in Castlefield, is a real treasure. It's like peeking into Manchester's industrial past. The red-brick arched bridge of the viaduct is iconic, forming a lovely setting for walking along Bridgewater Canal. People's History Museum Manchester 🏛️
#manchestertrip
All I'm saying is that when you go to the People's History Museum in Manchester, just immerse yourself completely. It really is a gem! Set in the area of Spinningfields, it traces a course through the toil and effort put out by working people. The exhibits are intense and provoking, offering a new point of view about social change. The testament to the fight for women's rights was, of course, that section on suffragettes. #PHMMcr-#SocialJustice With their interactive displays, the past is given life and becomes a gift to all ages. Later, stroll the nearby Spinningfields neighborhood for fashionable restaurants and bars. Not to be missed by history buffs and anyone with a passion for people's stories! 👥🌟 #Manchester #uk #Traveladdict

Isle of Skye (Scotland)
Had one of the best scenery during my trip to Scotland and England back in April 2023. We landed in Edinburgh, rented a car, drove to Inverness, Portree, Glasgow, then ended at Manchester UK for our MBA workshop.
Definitely one of the best experience for driving trip as it is the same side as we have back in Malaysia, so no need to adapt to the opposite side of traffic.

Manchester Science Museum
The Science and Industry Museum is one of the few museums I remember well from childhood. It hasn’t massively changed in terms of the industrial elements on display (Victorian to 1900s) and that’s the beauty of this museum. Displayed across the street (currently under reconstruction) are the various planes and trains used across Manchester in history. Level 2 of the main building gives you the opportunity to engage with fun hands on experiences and experiments.
This museum is free to enter (donation of £5 is well received) and you can enjoy a few hours of science.

#freehotelstay
I recently travelled to Manchester for a long weekend and wanted to share my experience.
I flew into Manchester through the main international airport and used the train to get to the city centre and stayed near the main train station (Piccadilly). There are lots of different accommodation options, ranging from hotels and hostels to apartments which is very popular. There are lots of different attractions including shopping, visiting the football clubs or the many different museums. There are also a range of different eateries too.
The city has a very strong vibe with a worker bee 🐝 being seen in a lot of places - a link to the Industrial Revolution past which Mancunians are very proud of! #urbanexplorer#mytripvlog#Manchester

Dream do come true in the theatre of dreams
Went for a FA cup match day against West Ham united. Bought the Red Cafe hospitality package with 3 course meals and unlimited beverages including alcohol for £195. Food was great as well as seat in the Sir Alex Ferguson stand. After the match went to Stretford end to wait for player to come out of Old Trafford. It’s a good time to get your favourite player signature. Book for a stadium & museum tour with lunch the next day. Ticket without lunch was £27.5 and additional £10 with lunch. Lunch provided was filling and come with a soft drink or coffee or tea. Worth the experience for Manchester United fan to visit.
Tip:
1) recommended to stay at Hotel football located just beside Old Trafford and it’s open by class of 92. A Marriott Bonvoy hotel group as well.
2) Recommended to get your United membership before the season start if you doesn’t want to get hospitality package tickets. As membership do sell out. (Hospitality package doesn’t require membership, only normal ticket)

If you're looking for a shopping destination that has it all, look no further than Manchester's Trafford Centre.
Manchester's Trafford Centre is the largest shopping centre and leisure complex in North West England. Over 200 shops, restaurants, and attractions attract more than 30 million customers each year.
The centre boasts almost two million square feet of floor space. It is divided into several areas. The main shopping areas are Regent Crescent, Peel Avenue, and The Dome.
This massive mall offers something for everyone, from high-end fashion brands to popular chain stores for example Tommy Hilfiger, Tessuti, Swarovski and alot more. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants such as Nandos, KFC, Five guys. There is alot of entertainment options to keep you busy when you need a break from shopping. We visited the arcade which was a ton of fun and very big.
When I first saw the palm trees in the shopping centre I was mesmerized, it felt as if I was in another country.

Located in the city center (Deangate St.)
When you see the title of this post and you might feel “going to a library during travels?”, but thank you very much for clicking my post to read captions.
