Walking around Futian district you can see a lot of decorations about Chiense new year and it makes the city looks so cozy and warmer.
People is also out of the city traveling to their hometowns so it feels a bit empty but nothing stops this amazing city to be a great destination.

Gorgeous 12th century bridge
When visiting the old Town of Chaozhou is a good idea to be at this old bridge during sunset because in my opinion is when it looks the prettiest
There is a small fee to get into the bridge and see the boats closer, the interesting thing is that the bridge isn't compete by itself but made up by the smaller boats that arrived there, a very innovative way to collect the goods from other towns.
Which is your favorite picture?

Best public beach in Shenzhen 🏖
I can't remember how many times I visited this beach, from January first to any sunny weekend in Shenzhen.
Is so easy to get here, take metro line 8 and then taxi, or just straight from the CBD, it should be around 80 yuan plus no need to bother yourself with the parking space.
The sand is just fine, nothing fancy and some areas get crowded, but the tip is to go outside the main area and you'll find a quiet and nice place to stay.
Put your towels down, get yourself some snacks and drinks and enjoy the beach 🏖 ☀
And the best, getting in is free 🆓

Solo walk around in Dongguan
Dongguan is a small yet very beautiful city in Guangdong province of China. Yesterday I discovered the beauty of the city when I was wandering around.
Even though Dongguan is an industrial city it is offering a lot of green spaces to it’s residents and visitors. The city is located next next to Guangzhou, basically between Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Huizhou.
So, it is very convenient to drop by and travel over here for a while if you are traveling from Guangzhou to Huizhou or Shenzhen…
The city is nicknamed “the Eastern Amsterdam” but I’ll not tell you the reason why it was nicknamed like that… Go-ahead search it online 😉

Huangqi Guanyin Ancient Temple - Dongguan
Huangqi Guanyin Ancient Temple - Shanmen, Dongguan. The particular reason to visit this place is the location of the temple, as it is located in Qifeng park in Dongguan.
The Huangqi Guanyin Ancient Temple is at the foot of the mountain and it was built in the Song Dynasty and this actually demonstrates that it is was built more than one thousand years ago.
To sum up everything that has been stated so far… it’s is a must visit place if you’ll be in Dongguan! Very beautiful and tells a lot about the history of the city.
You can get there by taxi, bus or subway. If you’ll take subway then - Qifeng park station exit E.
Address: Dongcheng Middle Road No.2, Qifeng Park, Dongguan city, Guangdong province, China.

About Guangzhou 😜
📍 Guangzhou is the capital of Guangdong province. It’s close to Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Macao. So you can take a trip to visit all those beautiful cities at once (ignore the 🦠 🤪).
💰 It’s cheaper than Shanghai, Beijing and some other big cities. I usually pay 25-50 RMB per lunch or dinner (local food).
🌧 The weather is crazy here. It can rain for weeks and it can burn 🔥 as well. You should be ready 😏. Winters are chill.
🚊 You can travel to almost every part of the city by subway and bus. (2+ RMB)
🌃 If you love clubbing I suggest you to visit clubs in Party Pier after 1am.
🍗 Don’t forget to try local chicken dishes. 🤤

Blue is never enough 💙
🏙 Shenzhen is a beautiful modern city. It’s a must visit if you are traveling to China or living in China.
🚇 Sea world subway station.
🚢 Sea world is one of the central places in Shenzhen. Here are many restaurants, bars, cafes etc.
💰 The restaurants are quite expensive since it’s a famous destination in Shenzhen. Around 150+ RMB per person for dinner.
🛍 There are shopping centers all around the area. You can definitely find whatever you need.

An old town in Yingde
📍 Yingde county, Qingyuan city, Guangdong province.
🚌 Take a bus from Guangzhou East Railway station.
💁🏼♀️ The city is on the Bei River, a tributary of the Pearl River
🕐 This small historical town is far from Yingde city center around an hour by bus and around 40 minutes by car.
🎢 There are not attractions or shopping malls or restaurants around. It’s a small traditional town with small shops you can find especially local black tea. Since Yingde is famous as the land of Chinese black tea. ☕️ I bought gifts for my family and now it’s my dad’s favorite tea.

Japanese town in Guangzhou 🏯
📍 Enning road, Guangzhou city, Guangdong province, China.
📌 Japanese style town and park.
🚊 Around 10 minutes walk from Huangsha subway station (黄沙), line 1.
🚘 Around 20-30 minutes drive from Guangzhou downtown.
💰 The ticket is for free but you have to book online in advance.
🛍 There is a big shopping area around 5 minutes walk from the town there are also small stores in the town.
🥘 Many different restaurants and some bars.
🕐 It took around 2-3 hours to explore this place. I think that’s totally enough.

Amore Mia
Address - Conghua district, Guangzhou.
Avg. Price per Person - 60+ RMB
They can also organize birthday parties 🥳
Food menu is not rich. Just some chicken wings, fries, pasta, pizza, stack, cakes and drinks (non alcoholic). Seems like that’s already a lot, but just one or two from each. 🤣
There are also other great and bigger restaurants around Amore Mia. So don’t worry, you will find something to enjoy if you are foodie. 🍝

Smaller cities have got outlets too
#zhaoqing #guandong #guangdongprovince #outlet #shopping #biggersize
Smaller cities like Zhaoqing have got outlets too and even have bigger sizes for westerners. They have a variety of clothes from kids to adults. Jackets, coats, shirts, jumpers, etc. I managed to get a few jeans and smart trousers for work. Prices are very reasonable and super friendly staff with a sense of humor.
