Pet Staycation at Intercontinental Singapore
Our stay at Intercontinental Singapore for a pet staycation in the Heritage Suite with Outdoor Porch alongside @cocathecockapoo , was absolutely fantastic. The hotel truly knows how to create a luxurious and pet-friendly experience that exceeded our expectations.

Coca’s excitement was evident as she eyed the welcome amenity basket, plush pet bed, and gourmet treats provided. The hotel’s attention to detail and thoughtfulness in catering to her needs made her feel like a cherished guest.

The in-room breakfast and classic afternoon tea for two were delightful moments and seeing Coca’s anticipation as she eyed the delectable treats added to the joy of the experience. The $50 nett in-room dining credit allowed us to explore the room service menu, with an exclusive pet-friendly menu that allowed us to dine together in the comfort of our room, enjoying each other’s company.

Although dogs were not allowed in the club lounge, the staff’s kindness and willingness to accommodate our needs were remarkable. Their assurance to bring food and drinks from the lounge directly to our room showed their commitment to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction.

In summary, our pet staycation at @interconsin was an incredible experience. The hotel’s attention to detail, pet amenities, and exceptional service made us feel truly special. Coca and I created cherished memories and had a fantastic time. We look forward to returning for another unforgettable stay in the future.

Our family staycation is always something we looking forward as we spend bonding time with our baby.
This time round we choose So Sofitel City Center for our Staycation.
Located on Wallich Street, in the heart of Singapore's Central Business District, Sofitel Singapore City Centre is the premium address from which to explore the city, situated amid shopping and local dining outlets.
We love how convenient the location is and the room is quite decent size for our family, they even provide the tent for kids!
The room we booked: LUXURY ROOM, 1 King Bed
Boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, the spacious 38sqm room is luxuriously equipped with a plush king-sized Sofitel MyBed, a deep bathtub and rain shower, premium Lanvin amenities, Bose® entertainment system, 49-inch Smart TV and internet access.
They even provided us with baby cot and amenities for baby.

Kick start our day with good breakfast after a good night sleep. Western Breakfast with good varieties, toasted bread with spreads and fruits platter served in the comforts of our room.

It was such a good family staycation as we are able to enjoy surrounding neighbourhood and enjoy the culinary experience throughout our stay.

We are welcomed at first second when we step into hotel! The staffs are professional and provide very friendly and welcoming service in our stay.
We staying at their The Executive Suite..
Our suite is decorated with a space-themed activity kit and BB Kai have so much fun and thrill with the customized “sleep pod” space tent for hours.
Luxurious and spacious room with great view . We love spending time here enjoying the scenic view of bustling Orchard Road.
We also had amazing dining experience at GARDEN@ONE-NINETY, an botanical inspired outdoor alfresco terrace. The environment is so relaxing and cosy with lush plants and water feature in natural daylight.
The lunch menu is prefect for healthier choice cuisine with focused on fresh market produce, and dedicated plant-based selection, craft cocktails and wellness-focused alternatives.
We are honoured to have the Michelin-starred Peranakan restaurant Candlenut specially crafted Afternoon Tea at GARDEN@ONE-NINETY. An modernized and creative interpretation of Peranakan famous dishes and desserts. It comes with Sweet sand savouries, Fresh from Bakery with selection of Tea and coffee. Our favourite are the KUEH PIE TEE and LEMONGRASS CAKE ! We have a wonderful afternoon with such unique delicious treats.
This Galactic Family Adventures staycation is undoubtedly one of best family time we have. BB Kai have so much fun for 3D2N stay exploring the hotel and space-themed activity within the room. The hotel quality is top notch in every aspect from room service, cleanliness, amenities and dining experience. Special mention to the chambermaid who turn down and take care our messy room daily in such good effort and attention to details.

We, family of three checked in The Straits Club Marina Bay View Room with exclusive Straits Club access at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, one of the country’s most iconic hotels.
The landmark hotel is located in the heart of the city along the Singapore River, and overlooks the stunning panoramic Marina Bay waterfront and skyline. The club indulgence package offer us Straits Club privileges including Chandon breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails and canapes.
The Straits Club Marina Bay View Room is luxuriously spacious , about 388 – 420sqf or 36 – 39sqm , the balcony offer spectacular views of Marina Bay , the iconic Marina Bay Sand, Art Science Museum and Merlion.
The decor of room is elegant , spacious and comfortable , enough room for extra baby sleeping cot. Among all the amenities, we enjoyed the fresh fruit and Nespresso® Coffee Machine with complimentary coffee capsules and selection of TWG tea.
The clean bathroom with separate bathtub and shower stall with overhead shower and Atkinsons collection bathroom amenities, they also thoughtfully provided kid amenities.
At the Straits Club, we enjoyed our first Afternoon tea with delicious mix of sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and jam, sweet pastries and cakes , paired with Iced Latte and tea.
There is also a quieter and nicely decorated lounge in the Straits Club where we have our evening cocktails and canapes.
We enjoyed our staycation at Fullerton Hotel greatly, albeit the restrictions of Covid rules. The check in and check out process are fast and well organised, the staff are friendly and service are excellent. The Straits Club privileges will be greatly missed !

[Staycation] Birthday/ Anniversary Staycation at Big Sky Room – Llyod’s Inn Singapore
On my birthday and our anniversary celebration, as usual we always spend our time either for staycation or travelling.
We decided to stay at Lloyd’s Inn Singapore. We were amazed with their Big Sky Room photos (especially the outdoor bathtub) and of course their common area, the pool particularly. There are minimalistic feel, the raw finishes of the walls and floors run throughout the inn’s common area and into the rooms, with touch of nature.
The Common Area
They have dipping pool area surrounded by greenery, as well as garden deck for guess to chill. The pool located just below the reception area. They also have Outdoor Pantry and Roof Terrace, it a great place to mingle with other travellers.
Creepers (Ficus pumila) are running almost around every of their raw finish wall. It looks like modern oasis in the middle of the hustle bustle of city area.
The Big Sky Room
The Big Sky Room offers a touch of luxury for the stylish traveller. An outdoor bathtub basks in the open air, giving you your very own piece of the sky. The sleeping area is with king-sized bed.
This is the biggest room they had, thus it looks spacious and there is a bathtub. The upper floor is actually the working area, separated for privacy and fitted with a bench and a working table.
About My Staycation Experience
Everything were okay, the room we stayed is very spacious and clean. They even left a bag of cookies and birthday card inside our room, it’s simple but such a sweet gesture. Overall, I was quite happy to be able to stay at Lloyd’s Inn Singapore, another bucket list ticked off from my Singapore staycation list.
As this is just an inn, you shouldn’t expect a five star services, but overall i think this place is quite decent and rate is reasonable. You may consider to stay at this place when you visit to Singapore
Tucked in Somerset area, Lloyd’s Inn Singapore is a 34-room boutique hotel with 8 room types, a five-minute walk away from Singapore’s famous Orchard Road shopping belt.
There is no in-house F&B, & breakfast is in the form of vouchers to two nearby cafes, Freshly Baked and Killiney Kopitiam, a uniquely local experience for travellers to enjoy.

Feels like a Queen to wake up with a magnificent view over Singapore,
From front, to when you are sleeping facing the right…
Just heighten your mood.
That is the main purpose of a staycation in my opinion.
Hotel staffs were of great skills of good communication with everyone, ranging from housekeeping, front desk, manager, restaurant staffs. Tip top efficient, proficient customer service. This I have to highly praise the hotel’s management great training.
(It is not easy to see a whole uniform of staffs with good performance, especially in Singapore)
Well of course, how can we forgot Hong Kong？🤣😝
Suite was huge, with access to the club lounge. Their sky lounge is just perfect. Basically everything there is perfect in my opinion.
To note: I can be very fussy at times.. Haha
Must visit, me highly recommend. U can trust a fussy person like me. HAHAHA

Awesome Marina Bay Sands view!
I have to say this iconic view in Singapore is really stunning! Therefore, taking a picture from here is a must. It is the most popular destination in Singapore.
This area is one of the nice place to go for walk in the morning or night. During the walk, you can also enjoy the breathtaking view over the deep shining blue sea.
Finding the place also not so hard. You can consider to come here because it’s located at the centre of Singapore. Can just use public transport, which is really convenient for a tourist. Love it so much!

JW Marriott Singapore Staycation
Another great stay again at JW Marriott Singapore. Love everything about this hotel being ultra modern with all those wall installations in the hotel lobby to modern artworks in the room. I was assigned to the room on a high level that overlooks the Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre and offers views of the sea and Marina Bay Area. The bathroom is absolutely stunning in an all white clean interior, with a state-of-the-art toilet and electronic bidet.

Super convenient with the hotel located right above the Esplande station which allowed easy access to majority parts of Singapore. And if you decide to dine in the hotel, the hotel also operates several restaurants which we had our dinner at their Chinese restaurant - Madame Fan. Highly recommended showcasing fresh Cantonese flair executed with a modern finesse and I will be sharing those dishes on a separate post soon. Intercontinental Singapore Presidential Suite
I had the fortunate opportunity to stay in Intercontinental Singapore Presidential Suite during my birthday week. Located on the highest floor of the hotel, and once we stepped inside this 259sqm high-ceilinged Presidential residence, I was mesmerised with the beautifully decorated living room lit up by a elegant chandelier, and natural light filling up the room.

There will be two hallways from the living room, with one leading to the bedroom, the other leading to a dedicated study area and a lavish dining room (which can be converted into a boardroom) that seats up to 12 guests. Heading back to the other side of the suite, it leads to the bedroom which is twice the size of a regular bedroom, with a walk in closet. The spacious ensuite bathroom is designed in a black and white monochrome theme, and it comes with a bathtub that functions as a jacuzzi as well, with just a push of the button. The unique part of the bathroom, it houses a private sauna room within that comfortably accommodate 2 - 3 adults.

Overall, I am blessed to have the experience of staying in the Presidential Suite. It was luxurious and comfortable with ample space, it served everything i need for my stay and led to a pleasant and relaxing experience at Intercontinental Singapore. #staycation #sghotels #hotelstay #sgstaycation

This hotel is becoming a favourite as well. We came on a weekday and it was a good decision as there were a few guests
I booked a skykine studio room which automatically grants me access to the lounge. Too bad there was an event again so we couldnt use the level18 pool but at least lounge was open. The staff at the lounge offers impeccable service especially Mr. Malek!

Went for a staycation in Sofitel and it’s like a great getaway after a whole year! ❤️
Definitely love the instagrammable spots, especially with all the palm trees surrounding the whole resort. 😍
There are so many peacocks around and I even saw a rooster from the window of my room! I love it!
Love the morning breakfast buffet too.. yums!

• Bedroom+Toilet & Living area is separated by a wooden sliding door, separating the physical (and mental space) between work and sleep
• Booked the room with a bathtub, which was clean and toiletries are well equipped. They provide bath salt as well

• Hotel staff is friendly and professional, check-in process was smooth. If you arrive early, they are happy to look after your bags at the reception as you shop around Orchard first
• When dialing the phone, they call you by your name. Small touches like this makes you feel special!
• Minus 0.5 star for some missing items when the staff forgot to bring things up. Nonetheless, overall service was A+

Manhattan bar at Regent Singapore
Many who know me well enough I will use the dining credit at Manhattan Bar and yesterday was "The Friends of Manhattan Chef Series" - one night only that features French cuisine of @ladamedepicsg from @raffleshotelsingapore. It was such a great night with great food coming from Chef @francescodi_marzio and artisanal cocktails to pair with crafted jointly by @raffleswritersbar and the @manhattan_sg team.
