Subiaco travel guide and discussion

After passing through the many restaurants in Subiago, I found a quiet but popular sandwich shop ☺️ They serve huge sandwiches that are incredibly filling, and they cut them in half before handing them to you! The taste and location are both excellent, so I highly recommend you visit!

Just hit up Layers Bakery in Subiaco and wow, this spot is seriously next-level! The name “Layers” totally makes sense—the pastries here, like the chocolate croissant with that Insta-worthy red-dusted top, are flaky perfection and stacked for days. No cap, they’re living up to their claim of being “Frenchly Baked” for real! My canelé was fire: caramelized outside, gooey inside. Pair that with a hot flat white and boom—morning = made. 😋 Layers Bakery itself gives off super chill vibes with its modern look and drool-worthy display of pastries (get those pics for your feed!). Heads up: this place gets BUSY on the weekends, so roll in early if you want dibs on the good stuff. Location basics: Layers Bakery, Shop 10/29 Station St, Subiaco WA 6008, Australia Open daily from 6:30am – 2pm (except Mondays)! If you’re in Warminster or cruising through Subiaco, put this on your must-eat list. Sweet layers, cool vibes, and totally worth lining up for!

Subiaco, WA legit has a rep for serving up some of the best coffee and chill cafe scenes in Perth. I hit up Dome Café for a late-morning caffeine fix and honestly, vibe = immaculate. If you need a solid place for brunch, this should be on your radar! Dome Café’s menu goes off – my plate was STACKED: crispy fried potato pancakes, creamy boiled eggs, fresh spinach, and melt-in-your-mouth marinated salmon. Sooo good! Every bite was a flavor bomb. Perfect combo if you’re a breakfast lover or just want to snack like a king. Pro tip: Dome Café Subiaco is at 26 Rokeby Rd, Subiaco WA 6008, and they usually keep doors open from 6:00 AM ‘til late (so you can roll in whenever you wake up, lol). The atmosphere is super laid-back, making it perfect for catching up with mates or getting lost in your thoughts over a killer cup of coffee. Next time you’re in Subi, don’t sleep on the local food scene! Your tastebuds will thank you. Check trip.com for more epic food stops nearby!

#australiatrip Whenever you travel to Australia, there will be some places or eateries that you need or must visit. For me, it will be San Churro! I first tasted it in Gold Coast and I love it. Hence, I made sure that I included it in my itinerary when I went to Perth. The crispy exterior when you bite into the churros makes you enjoy eating it. With the right amount of flour and cooking time, you will find yourself wanting more. Then dip into the caramel sauce which adds to your eating experience. You can also pair it with fruits!
