Soller is a town in Mallorca not to be missed from the daily trips. You can reach there from the main bus station from Palma by bus 204. You can easily use your credit card to tap in and don’t forget to tap out taking off the bus. The good thing is that the price is 1.4 euros to everywhere on the island by these buses. In Soller, you can visit the cathedral and visit the town. You can shop at the art shops which are many and original. And please take 203 bus on the way back to Palma. It is quite a scenic journey. #bucketlistreboot Can Joan located at Carrer de Sant Ramon de Penyafort, 1, 07108 Port de Soller. Open daily from 12 PM to 11PM. Sitting near the table facing the marina that the boats are berthing, the cool breeze blowing toward my face is very enjoyable. I ordered grilled local fish and Copa Sangria Clasica. The cooking took almost 40 minutes maybe it is lunch time. The fish is fresh with tomato sauce on it. Most of the popular restaurants over there are full of people during lunch time. So I suggest you come after the lunch time period, then the wait will be lesser. The atmosphere and environment is nice over the restaurant

We had a 4-hour trip with Santi, and it was absolutely spectacular. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mallorca. We were taken to numerous coves and got to swim at each one we selected. The water was incredibly blue and clear, and the island's scenery was stunning. Such a great time!

We had an amazing day out on the water with a private boat charter! David guided us to some stunning calas, and we even spotted a pod of dolphins. The recommended lunch stop was ideal, and I wholeheartedly suggest Perfect Charter to anyone visiting Port de Sóller.

The hotel overall is very nice. The rooms are excellent, especially those with sea views, and the location in the quiet area of the marina is unbeatable. Breakfast offered a good variety, with plenty of fruit choices, which was delightful. However, the restaurant staff appeared stressed during breakfast service, particularly those serving coffee at the bar—understandably so, given the challenging customers and busy atmosphere. Unfortunately, the dinner was the major downside of our stay. One night, we ordered paella for two and croquetas as starters, but it took almost two hours to receive both dishes. To make matters worse, the food itself was underwhelming—breakfast was much better. The delay was apparently due to an issue with the waitress's WiFi, causing the order not to be sent to the kitchen. It was only because we followed up after an hour that we eventually received our food. Ideally, the restaurant staff should proactively check on orders if customers are waiting for an extended time. Although we received an apology, it would have been better if they had offered a discount or a complimentary item, such as a cocktail, to make up for the inconvenience. Despite this, we would definitely stay at the hotel again but would skip dining there, opting instead for the nearby restaurants. The reception staff were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout, and the housekeepers maintained our room impeccably each morning—it was truly a pleasure!

The Marina is a delightful small hotel. It boasts an ideal location and is managed by a team of friendly, helpful staff, with Maria being the ultimate host. She creates a warm, home-like atmosphere. Enjoying breakfast outdoors at the front of the hotel was a highlight of our visit. Both The Marina and Port de Soller offer everything needed for a tranquil holiday.

An absolutely wonderful stay. This was not my first time at Hotel Marina, and certainly won't be my last. The staff was very friendly across all areas—reception, restaurant, and bar. The cleaning team did an excellent job in the room. Adding an extra waiter in the bar during busy hours might be a good idea, as the staff appeared quite busy. But still, the service was outstanding.

The hotel is located right on the beachfront, offering tranquility on the quieter side of the bay with no traffic separating the hotel from the beach. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. Rooms are kept impeccably clean, and the breakfast is delicious, providing abundant options. It's pleasant to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors while soaking in the surroundings and people-watching. The bar is a great spot, providing cozy warmth with a real fire during cooler spring weather and comfortable outdoor sofas for warmer days. Having stayed here many times, we can confidently say we’ll be returning again. The hotel also features a lovely pool at the back with stunning mountain views and loungers for relaxation. Additionally, the spa located on the top floor boasts an outdoor seating area with breathtaking sea views.

We’re currently staying at Hotel Es Port for the 15th time. The evening meal has definitely improved compared to how it was years ago when it wasn’t very good. We’re also quite pleased with the addition of a small outdoor gym and the ongoing plans to expand it since it’s being actively used. This hotel is wonderfully quiet, which makes it uniquely appealing to a specific clientele who truly value the tranquility. We hope this peaceful atmosphere can be maintained, as there have been noisy groups in the past that many guests didn’t appreciate. The unique character and ambiance of the hotel make it a special place, and we hope it stays that way. There’s no entertainment here, which suits the setting perfectly. At the pool, balls and mattresses aren’t allowed, which we find ideal. Children are only allowed in the Spa after 3 pm, provided they remain quiet. However, we don’t quite understand this rule completely, as the tranquility can sometimes still be disturbed by noise, shouting, and running around. So, for a clientele seeking peace, the added value of such a policy is unclear to us. The environment generally attracts respectful guests. Of course, there are the occasional troublemakers who don’t fit in, but they often realize this themselves or are rightly reprimanded. The staff is fantastic too. We spent a week at Es Port Hotel and absolutely loved it. The location, staff, and our room were fantastic. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfast was excellent—plenty of choices for everyone and very friendly staff. Our room was perfect, and the cleaners did an amazing job. The pools were lovely, though there was a wedding party with many American guests, one of whom was loud, crude, and vulgar. Unfortunately, we kept encountering him during our stay, which was unpleasant. For lunch, we ate by the pool a couple of times but weren't impressed. The pizza seemed like a cheap frozen one, and the bolognese was flavorless. As a result, we chose not to dine at the hotel restaurants in the evening. Instead, we explored the beautiful local restaurants within walking distance. The hotel’s location is great. We took the tram to Sóller, a charming town filled with independent shops and restaurants. On checking out, however, the receptionist was less than welcoming. All she cared about was whether we’d used the minibar overnight and didn’t even ask if we’d enjoyed our stay. She seemed ill-suited for her role. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again. We also chartered a boat from the port for an evening trip, which was lovely and gave us a chance to watch a stunning sunset.

Our visit to Ecovinyassa Farm in Soller was genuinely unforgettable. The beauty of the place, surrounded by nature, orange trees, and a tranquil atmosphere, was captivating. We were fortunate to meet Lavinia, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. She guided us around the farm, sharing her warmth and passion, which made the experience even more special. We also enjoyed a delicious snack and freshly squeezed orange juice made from picked oranges - an absolute treat. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Soller!

We visited in March and got a great deal with our all-inclusive stay for four people. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were a decent size and kept clean. The food was good, and even as someone picky, there was always something I could enjoy. The drinks selection was nice, and the cocktails were great. The hotel’s location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach via the pool. Despite it being March, the weather was beautiful, and I even managed a swim in the pool, which wasn’t too cold. There wasn’t much entertainment available, but that was expected since we visited in the off-season. It’s not a long walk to Magaluf via the beachfront, with plenty of beach bars to stop for a drink. The public transport options were excellent and affordable! For all four of us, it only cost €15 from the airport, and there’s a nearby bus stop. We used the bus to visit Palma city for sightseeing and even took a train to Soller in the north of the island, though there wasn’t much to see or do there, to be honest. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our five days in Palma Nova and would definitely recommend it!

Very beautiful hotel with very pleasant and professional staff, both at the reception and in services. The only downside is that there’s no parking at the hotel if you’re arriving by car, and there’s a big issue around the pool with guests placing their towels as early as 8 a.m. but not actually using the space until much later. We stayed three nights on the pool side and three nights on the garden side, with a preference for the garden side.

We love Majorca and had been wanting to stay in Port de Soller for a while. We chose Pure Salt for its location, views, and 4-star rating. · *Pros:** The location is fantastic—our balcony overlooked the Tramuntana Mountains, and breakfast provided stunning views of the beach and town. Most places were just a 10-15 minute walk away. Breakfast was well-catered to various tastes, and the waiting staff were friendly, especially Sandra, who was brilliant and always talked to us. The rooms had air conditioning, and the atmosphere was relaxed. · *Cons:** Upon arrival, the receptionist didn’t give off the warmest welcome. Even though it was 1:30 a.m., a smile and a bit of friendliness would’ve gone a long way. The food and drink prices for the pool and room service were steep for what you got. We ordered two burgers to the room—mine was fine, but my wife’s tasted either off or like it wasn’t beef. The poke bowl at the pool cost €15, and it was just some salad with a bit of salmon. Additionally, even though sunbed reservations weren’t allowed, we often saw people putting towels down early, as our balcony overlooked the pool. Housekeeping could have been better—while the room was cleaned, the floor still remained dirty at times, and our balcony was not swept at all during our stay. The biggest concern was on check-out day. After leaving our luggage with reception, we later found it simply placed in the reception area where anyone could have taken it. I even went into my bag twice, and not once did anyone question me. While we had a lovely stay and understand perfection isn’t possible, attention to small details really does matter.
