#The Bodrum Edition Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
A few things you must know before coming to Bodrum, Turkey, and sharing two awesome hotels!
When it comes to the Aegean Sea, most people think of Greece. And when it comes to blue and white towns, the first reaction must be Santorini. But in fact, Turkey, which is directly opposite Greece, is also located on the romantic Aegean Sea, and also has its own blue and white town - Bodrum. In addition to the beautiful Aegean Sea, there are also luxury boutique hotels, including Edison!
The Edison Hotel in Bodrum avoids the traditional southern coast and chooses the Yalikavak Bay on the west side of Bodrum. This is completely different from my previous experience at the Abu Dhabi Edison, as well as Shanghai, London, New York, Barcelona... and other city-style Edison hotels, and although they are also holiday hotels, they feel very different from the Sanya Edison~
Bodrum itself is located on the dividing line between the Mediterranean and the Aegean Sea, and Edison is like a Mediterranean utopia where ancient and modern, east and west, perfectly blend~ Greek colors, Spanish music, Latin American food, modern minimalist style but not losing the luxurious hotel design, coupled with Bodrum's history as the ancient city of Halicarnassus, one of the seven wonders of the world~
Another great Caresse Bodrum Spa Resort - Luxury Collection is located in Gumbet, with an endless romantic and holiday atmosphere, which is absolutely irresistible! This is another great luxury selection resort in the Aegean Sea in Turkey, apart from the Reges Luxury Selection in Izmir Cesme that I have stayed and shared before~ We stayed in a sea view suite in this luxury selection, the bathroom supplies are Acqua di Parma, I really like this scent~
Coming to the Aegean Sea again, the wind is blowing~ But it does not affect the absolute beauty of the blue sky and sea here! The restaurants and bars of the two hotels are not to be missed destinations for enjoying food and wine, it is recommended not to miss Bodrum, a holiday resort on the Aegean Sea in Turkey!
The pearl of the southern Aegean Sea
The overall design style is indeed the cold style unified by Edison in the legend, but it is simple and low-key without losing luxury, which is probably the style of contemporary young people. All the spare parts have been changed to large bottles of le labo, unfortunately, I missed a chance to shear wool.
The hotel's restaurant is mainly a restaurant called Kitchen, which implements an ordering system. Breakfast can be served until 12:00. Since we arrived after ten in the morning and the room was not ready yet, the hotel let us go to enjoy breakfast first. The restaurant faces the sea, coupled with delicious food, it is simply a double enjoyment of vision and taste.
The swimming pool is not large, but considering the overall volume of the hotel, such a swimming pool is enough.
There are loungers everywhere, allowing people to enjoy the sea breeze and sunshine at any time and anywhere. The design of the entire public area is mainly white, with green plants, very summer. Going down the steps, the blue is all in sight, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. There is a small private beach by the sea and even hammocks.
