#favouriteitinerary We stumbled upon Kuantan Art Street while looking for a coffee fix at Luth Cafe and it was such a pleasant surprise ! The alleyway is not only clean and well-kept but also filled with vibrant 3D murals and stunning wall art that are totally Instaworthy. It wasn’t on our itinerary, but we’re glad we made the detour, definitely worth snapping some pics !

Situated near Kuantan river, this little street packs a punch as far as local art is concerned. As you walk along the route, you get to experience the different art variation from local artists from the paintings on the walls. I feel that this place deserves more credit especially to our local artists who display they talent and artistry with the paintings along the buildings here. The Kuantan Art Street is located in the back alley of parallel rows of old shophouses in Jalan Besar, Kuantan. Started from December 2020 to March 2021, the walls were painted with 3D art which has been transformed the dark & gloomy back alley into colourful & funable. Where you can interacts with the 3D art by your creativity, to take nice photographs. Some of the murals are showcasing the culture and lifestyle of Pahang peoples.
