I recently stayed at Hatten Hotel Malacca and had a wonderful experience. The hotel location make it a perfect base to explore Malacca. It is located in the heart of historical Malacca and within walking distance to the famous Jonker Street. Checking in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. Toiletries and coffee and tea making facilities os provided. Bed was very comfortable and the pillows are plush. The breakfast spread was sumptous and wonderful. The variety of food displayed was just acceptable. Hotel was close to many popular attractions so it was very easy to just walk around to explore the city. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff and the counter staff was very friendly and able to provide clear informations when I asked them. There is a bridge link from the hotel at second floor to Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Mega Mall and an overheadbridge to Mahkota Parade. Generally, the operator and counter staffs are very attentive and helpful. They sent the house keeper to help us to clear the smell of the cigarette that generated from the next room by spraying the room and getting a smoke filter on the corridor. Hatten Hotel is a hotel we always stay at whenever we visit Malacca. It has an amazing location as it is connected to a mall and has lots of food and shopping options all within walking distance. Whether you are coming by bus or driving from Singapore, it is both very convienient as there is a bus terminal right downstairs the hotel where buses from Singapore stops. The carpark has plenty of lots and is very secure for those driving in. This time we stayed in the Hatten Suite which has a seperate living area that’s huge enough to throw a party! The room comes with a very comfortable king sized bed and a bath tub. Check in was a little slow as this is a very popular hotel but the staff were friendly and helped processed the check in swiftly. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay here and would come back time and time again. Plus point of this hotel? It is very affordable! #malaka

Never forget to include their buffet breakfast in to your package because it’s too worth the price. Many varieties of food were served. You can enjoy a decent looking pool. Their sauna was on maintenance (when I visited them - you can check if it’s ready). I loved their sculptures collections they have around the hotel ( included two of them in the pics for reference). Its located at very strategic place where you can have a quick drive to jonker street and also klebang beach. Went for a short Malacca Trip for 3D2N and decided to stay at Hatten Hotel. Affordable hotel with a sea view with $150 per night! Would come again as the room was huge and was near to all shopping centers. A 10 mins walk to the Night Market with tons of street foods that you cant find in Singapore. Entertainment wise, there are Becas with lights and music for the fun!

Well greeted at the entrance of the hotel with friendly staff. Rooms was clean and comfortable however some necessities are not given unless requested. Checking in and out took slightly longer time due to holiday period. Nonetheless, there are lots of food places around especially the famous Jonker street which is crowded with people at night. Junior Suite room located at level 17. Room was big, super king bed , got 2 TV & 1 sofa bed. View from the room is swimming pool. This hotel location next to Mahkota Mall, Dataran Pahlawan , Hatten Square and nearby to Jonker street & other famous attractions in Melaka. If you're searching for the best hotel in Melaka, I would recommend you to choose Hatten Hotel. Great place for shopping , eating , spend time with families & friends. Swimming pool at the Hatten Hotel Melaka.

Hatten was one of the best hotel in Melaka few years back. it was always my first choice when I travel to Melaka. It seems that MCO has a very bad impact to the hotel, it needed a lot of maintenance & house keeping works to keep the hotel back to the standard it used to have. I was returning to JB from KL and decided to stop for a night at Melaka. I was looking forward to a good rest at Hatten, but the under maintenance/ and dusty room has spoilt the whole plan. The toilet was moldy and with a bad odor, furniture was broken and the room was dusty. I just couldn't wait to check out the next morning. I understand the pandemic has impacted a lot of businesses, but this is completely out of my expectation. Extremely disappointed.

My 2D1N stay was excellent, I love the room layout and design. It was tidy, cozy and with a very comfy bed plus a fabulous view out of the windows, make me feel relaxing. Highly recommend! Breakfast is served in buffet-style, all dishes are above average tastiness. There's a 22nd-floor lounge and a casual coffee shop too. Other amenities include an infinity pool with nice view, poolside bar, plus a gym & spa. We went for our raya short trip, beautiful hotel. Checked in was smooth, friendly staff and clean room and big.. the breakfast was also great but they can add more choices of food for kids.. taste not so bad.. the best part was this hotel located in the middle of melaka town so easy acces to all historical places and jonker walk.. you could just walk to the mall to get food or to shop.#trip2024
