The site can be reached by bus, train or drive a car. As one of favourite attractions and tourist destinations in Kaohsiung, it is not too difficult to get the information about public transport that serve the route to go there. However, from the nearest bus stop you need to hike a bit to arrive at the building. Inside the building, you can find historical documents and photographs from old days, and different rooms such as dining room, bedroom, and basement. Besides, there is also a historical trail that connects the Consulate building on the hilltop to the office building by the harbor.
