The Guichun River swells dramatically, and the 70-meter waterfall crashes down thunderously, merging with Ban Gioc Waterfall on the Vietnam side, shaking the entire valley. Tickets plus shuttle bus cost 110 RMB. The park opens at 7:30 AM. Take my advice: be sure to get in with the first group!! During summer, visitor numbers are limited and require reservations. Only 1,000 people per side are allowed daily in the cross-border area. Without a reservation, you’ll waste your trip. ⚠️ Important: Starting summer 2026, online real-name reservations are mandatory. No tickets sold on site. Once at the park, take the shuttle bus to the third-level viewing platform and walk down from there to save energy. Bamboo raft rides for a close-up view of the waterfall are charged separately, but during high water, the mist is so heavy you’ll get soaked. Public transport is basically nonexistent. I strongly recommend renting a car directly at Chongzuo South Station. In 2026, daily rental rates are just over 200 RMB, with returns at the same location. If you don’t want to drive, private car hire costs 500–800 RMB per day.
