Metro Line 7 from Zhongdong Market Station → Transfer to Line 4 and get off at the Museum of the Imperial Palace of Manchukuo. Admission fee applies. There are cultural and creative souvenirs and 2027 Winter Universiade memorabilia at the entrance 🎁

1️⃣ Former Site of the Wang Jingwei Government's Embassy to Manchukuo
📍 Address: 356 Shanxi Road, Nanguan District, about 150m east along Shanxi Road from the main gate of the Imperial Palace of Manchukuo
🎫 Admission: Free, exterior photo only, interior not open to the public (currently used as office space)
⏰ Opening: Accessible all day, just a quick stop for photos, 10-15 minutes is enough
✨ Architectural History: Built in 1920, originally named Yiyuan, a two-story Gothic-style blue-brick building; converted in 1941 into the "embassy" of the Wang Jingwei government to Manchukuo, a historical testament to the collusion between the two puppet regimes
📸 Take photos from outside the courtyard wall; the building is full of historical charm
2️⃣ Changchun Russian Consulate Former Site Exhibition Hall
📍 Address: 80m northwest of the intersection of Changtong Road and Dongsi Main Road, Nanguan District (opposite the northeast corner of New World Shopping Park)
🎫 Admission: Free, register with your ID card, no reservation needed
⏰ Opening: Tue-Sun 9:00 AM–4:30 PM (last entry at 4:00 PM), closed all day Monday
✨ The exhibition hall displays historical photos, and daytime visits have a great atmosphere
⏱ Visit duration: 40-60 minutes, well worth a stop if you're passing by
🏛️ Architectural History: The consulate was established by Tsarist Russia in 1907. With its Russian castle style, it is the only remaining old foreign consulate building in Changchun; it was also a filming location for "Snow Maze" 📽️
3️⃣ Changchun Commercial Port Area (Xinmin Hutong)
🎫 Free and open all day, no reservation needed
📮 Commercial Port History Exhibition Hall (free): Tue-Sun 9:30 AM–4:30 PM, closed Mondays
📮 Guangming (Time) Post Office: Retro green mailboxes and a message wall, you can send postcards
📸 Creative art installations: Flower walls, fun text scrolls, great for photos!
