A beautiful beach, an ancient legend, a wonderful country. It's worth a visit for the view, swimming and the fun of it. Where else can you take a dip where the Goddess of Love emerged from the sea foam? Very nice water that is clear enough so you can snorkle pretty well. You can walk along the coast, which is great for taking "Mediterranean filter" photos. · 📍 Recommended: Blue Lagoon. Many day tours from Paphos go to the Blue Lagoon, where you can see crystal-clear, jelly-like waters! (Detailed guide available on the homepage). 2️⃣ Limassol – The seaside city with the most local charm I particularly enjoy sitting in a cafe by the pier, ordering an iced Americano, and watching cargo ships slowly sail away. · 📍 Recommended: Old Port + Molos Seaside Park. Locals love to stroll here in the evening; the atmosphere is very chill. 3️⃣ Ayia Napa – The best place for diving In summer, it's a party beach, but in winter, it's surprisingly tranquil. The water is as clear as glass, and Nissi Beach and Cape Greco are excellent spots for snorkeling and photography. · 📍 Sea Caves. I think this is the best place for cliff jumping in Cyprus. There's a direct bus 🚌, but it's best to rent a car as bus services are infrequent. ✅ Cyprus is part of the Eurozone Many places only accept cash, especially buses 🚌. Please prepare some euros 💶. ✅ Accommodation recommendations It's recommended to stay in Limassol or Paphos: 1️⃣ Limassol is suitable for those who want to experience city life and cafe culture. 2️⃣ Paphos is better for vacations and relaxing by the sea. If you're looking for a seaside experience, do not stay in Nicosia, as transportation is extremely inconvenient. At the very least, you can stay in Larnaca, where the airport is located. ✅ Food recommendations Cypriot cuisine blends Greek and Middle Eastern flavors: 1️⃣ Halloumi cheese: A salty, elastic cheese that can be grilled. 2️⃣ Souvlaki: Grilled skewers, served with pita bread and yogurt sauce. 3️⃣ Meze: Similar to Spanish tapas, a platter of small dishes where you can try over a dozen appetizers in one meal.
