While the Lotus Cheesecake was a bit too sweet for my taste, the latte was absolutely delightful. The latte art was so beautiful that I almost felt bad drinking it. Even though I ordered a regular latte, it had a strong mocha flavor, making it even more enjoyable. Surrounded by plants, I found it relaxing to sip delicious coffee and read a book. It was a peaceful and rejuvenating experience, enjoying both the greenery and my book. Watching the sunset at the Kerala Backwaters, which flow through the city of Kochi, was an unforgettable experience. The Kochi Backwaters are formed by seven rivers converging into the Arabian Sea. There are boat docks located 20-30 minutes by car from Kochi city center where you can board a boat to explore the backwaters. Simply search for 'Kochi Backwaters' on Google Maps to find the location. A two-hour boat ride costs $40 per boat. While you can share the boat with other passengers if there are enough people, I had to rent the boat alone as there were no other visitors at the time. Although June marks the monsoon season in Kochi, I was fortunate to have excellent weather during my visit. Riding the boat while enjoying the cool river breeze and stunning scenery made me incredibly happy. I timed my visit to coincide with sunset, allowing me to fully appreciate the breathtaking Kochi sunset. During the ride, I spotted rare birds like eagles and kingfishers. Travel 🇮🇳 Kochi, Kerala, India 🍀 Aryass Regent I am currently traveling in Kochi, Kerala, South India. India has a large vegetarian population, so there are many famous vegetarian restaurants. During my trip to Kochi a year ago, I visited Aryass Regent, a vegetarian restaurant, and enjoyed the food so much that I decided to visit again. Aryass is a chain restaurant, so you can find a location close to where you are. This restaurant was recommended by an Indian friend from Kochi during my previous visit, and I loved it so much that I promised myself to return! I ordered a set menu featuring dosa served with coconut chutney and sambar, along with idly, Paneer 65, and lassi. On my way out, I also bought a grape juice. All of this cost just 335 rupees, which is less than 6,000 won—a very affordable meal in South India. Dosa is a South Indian-style pancake made from fermented batter. It’s crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, offering an addictive taste. Pairing it with sambar and coconut chutney makes it even more delicious. Tearing off a piece and dipping it into the coconut chutney is simply irresistible! Idly, a fermented rice bread, is a staple in South India. Aryass’s idly has a wonderfully fluffy texture. Whenever I visit India, I always drink lassi, a traditional fermented Indian beverage. South Indian cuisine includes many fermented foods, both in meals and drinks, which aid digestion and make you feel comfortable. Paneer 65 is one of my favorite dishes. It features soft paneer fried and coated in a flavorful sauce called 65. The portion was so generous that I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish it, but it disappeared quickly! One place that you shouldn't miss is the LuLu Supermarket where you will be amazed by the many handmade sweet treats that's filled with so many colours, the local bread made by the Indians and many other freshly made food options in the supermarket itself. Of course, groceries here is cheap, so why not do some grocery shopping like what I do here and bring them home! Also, do take note that most of their items here do not have much preservative therefore the freshly made ingredients expire quite fast too.

Recently, I was in the state of Kerela in India at kochi, there seems to be a trend of both Costa coffee and stare bucks. Of course now it's during the Christmas season, many of these Starbucks outlet have started to sell Christmas collectibles that you are able to only find and the country itself, which makes it somewhat limited edition! Also, some of the coffee and food menu are specially curated to the country itself.
