Must-See in Junee: Strawberry Farm (Junee Licorice & Chocolate Factory precinct, 45-61 Lord St, Junee NSW 2663; usually open daily, 9am–4pm). Roam the rows of juicy strawberries that you can pick straight off the plants—nothing beats their fresh-from-the-farm taste (way better than any supermarket haul!). Pro tip: Get there early, especially on weekends, so you can pick the ripest berries and beat the crowd. Bring a hat and sunscreen—the sun hits different among those green rows! If you have little ones, small baskets are provided and it’s super family-friendly. When you’re done, pop into the nearby Licorice & Chocolate Factory for unique treats, fresh coffee, and some handmade sweets to take home.
