It is only thirty kilometers from the Yellow River Longmen, where Dayu controlled the floods. Built in the fifth year of the Yuan Dynasty Dade era (1301), it is the most complete surviving Yuan Dynasty temple dedicated to Yu the Great in China. In 1996, it was listed as the fourth batch of national key cultural relics protection units. ✅Highlights: 1️⃣ Hancheng Dayu Temple is laid out along a central axis, facing south with two courtyards. The offering hall and main hall are both original Yuan Dynasty structures. 👉The offering hall has a single-eave Xieshan roof, with three open bays in the front and five hidden bays. The main hall has a single-eave Xuanshan roof with three bays.
