Mini Switzerland 🏞️
I recently ventured into some mountainous areas of Sri Lanka, and the experience is beyond description. Living in an urban coastal environment, reaching the hills felt like stepping into a new world. The vibrant blue skies, verdant forests, and mountains that resemble resting bears make for an awe-inspiring view. This location offers an unparalleled sense of calmness and serenity, perfect for stress relief, free from pollution and excessive noise. The climate is pleasantly mild, ranging from 10 to 29 degrees Celsius, with refreshingly cool nights. I strongly recommend visiting Sri Lanka.🕰️Business Hours:24 hours 🏖️BAmbiance/Facilities:hotels, restaurants, taxi services, camping 📍Address:nuwaraeliya 💰Average Price per Person:5000 LKR (18$)💞Reasons to Recommend:climate and nature #travelinspiration #trip #historicallandmarks #localguides #familytrip #deliciousfood #foodie #photography #nature #postandearn

Haputale (Sinhala: හපුතලේ; Tamil: ஹபுதலே) is a town of Badulla District in the Uva Province, Sri Lanka, governed by an Urban Council.[1] The elevation is 1431 m (4695 ft) above the sea level. The area has a rich bio-diversity dense with numerous varieties of flora and fauna. Haputale is surrounded by hills covered with cloud forests and tea plantations. The town has a cooler climate than its surroundings, due to its elevation. The Haputale pass allows views across the Southern plains of Sri Lanka. The South-West boundary of Uva basin is marked by the Haputale mountain ridges, which continue on to Horton Plains and Adam's Peak to the west. CNN in 2010 named Haputale as one of Asia's most overlooked destinations

Haputale... A retreat cradled by green tea fields.
Haputale is a small village located in the central highlands of Sri Lanka, famous for its beautiful natural scenery and tranquil atmosphere. One of the main attractions of Haputale is Lipton’s Seat, a viewpoint beloved by the famous tea merchant Thomas Lipton. The sunrises and sunsets viewed from here are especially beautiful. Additionally, the nearby Diyaluma Falls is the second highest waterfall in Sri Lanka, where you can feel the majestic power of nature. You can walk through the tea plantations of Haputale or enjoy the green hills through a train journey, and also experience the warm hospitality of the local residents. It is the perfect destination for those who want a quiet and leisurely trip.
