The town is in central Germany, north of Frankfurt. It’s known for the Mathematikum, a museum focused on math, with hands-on experiments. Next door, the Liebig Museum has chemistry exhibits, plus the lab of 19th-century scientist Justus von Liebig. Part of the University of Giessen, the Botanical Garden was founded in 1609 and has thousands of plant species. We had a perfect date night with delicious Tapas. The bread is fresh and very doughy. And they have so much variety of food to choose. We started off with the Tomato and Chilli Feta. Both are recommended for those simple sauces. And then we ordered Haloumi with carrots and Honey sauce, Grilled ham stuffed with cheese and Tomato+cheese, Grilled Lamb Risotto and Grilled beef with Patatas. I mean I don’t have any complaints about these plates at all because they know what they are doing, which is just turning simple plates into the perfect ones.
