This is among the best Novotels I've visited. The rooms are pleasant, and the restaurant is excellent. The building has great design. The staff members are friendly and accommodating. It's well-connected to public transport, with a commuter train to central Munich and the airport just a 5-minute walk away, plus a bus stop right outside for the airport. The taxi fare to the airport is reasonable, given the short commute.

In the morning I asked for breakfast in room because I felt a bit sick and they sent me foods and drinks including fruits without room service charge (normally hotels will do). They even sent someone to check my condition whether I needed something else. They informed too where I can get medicine. Ooh that is such lovely high standard customer service. 🥲 I tried their sauna too to warm my body. They have two sauna rooms for female and rooms for unisex. They also have an indoor swim pool.
