The perfect period was ho-hoed at the last moment

My first stay at Le Meridien, I had no idea about the brand. The one in Zhengzhou, although not in the city center, is right next to a subway station, which is quite convenient. If you're going to the local convention center or Zhengzhou East Railway Station, this location is quite handy. The hotel has a total of 28 floors, with the executive lounge on the 27th. The entrance lobby doesn't look big, but once you walk inside, you realize the space is not small either. The room layout is quite unique and spacious and comfortable. The only thing is that the pillows are really too high. They're fine to lean on, but not so great for sleeping. If you have specific pillow preferences, I suggest communicating in advance to change to a different pillow. I don't know how many years it's been since the renovation, some tiles are cracked, but the overall design is still clean and stylish, and the hot water in the bathroom is really good. There is a gym and swimming pool on the 5th floor, and the environment is also quite nice. The breakfast on the 1st floor is also decent. Thanks to CICI CHENG for handling the check-in. Although it was a bit chaotic around, it was still handled in an orderly manner, and the service attitude was great. Overall, I was very satisfied with the stay. The only dissatisfaction was at checkout. There were people at both counters, so I queued normally. When the third staff member came out, they didn't ask who came first but randomly prioritized whoever they saw, so what's the point of queuing? Don't the guests have manners, or doesn't the staff get trained?
