Gallivanting to Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain

Took to Tianmen Mountains of Zhangjiajie & this entire escape has my whole heart. A day spent walking on the trails and seeing the majestic views of the city beneath us is something out of a fictional tale. We took the cable car from the city center to get to the mountains and what an exhilarating ride that was, considering how petrified out of my mind I am of heights. Got to descend & sit, just my friend and I on the empty 999 steps that lead to “heaven”. Some trails have glass floors so if you want to see through the side of a cliff the do it. The shots are amazing. take water & snacks up there with you. Couldn’t fly my drone here as the area is close to the airport which is a bummer but it took absolutely nothing from this epic experience.
