What is your view on the regional positioning and planning of Xi'an Chanba? Is ecology still the main focus?

Leisure in Chanba. The environment in Xi'an Chanba is quite good, with positioning focused on ecology, exhibitions, modern finance, commerce, and more. After all these years, my impression is that Chanba's development has been somewhat slow; it is far from the main urban area, the supporting facilities are incomplete, and resource allocation is uneven. According to previous plans, Chanba's positioning goal was to be the new external business card of "Greater Xi'an." Located on the eastern cultural exchange axis of Xi'an, Chanba's economic development is precisely the breakthrough point for Xi'an's future, carrying multiple responsibilities. The transformation from Chanba's "waterfront landscape" to "waterfront economy" has already begun. The embryonic forms of multiple industrial systems such as modern finance, conferences and exhibitions, ecological tourism, modern commerce, and emerging industries have appeared. The goal directly targets the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration and the "Belt and Road" cultural, ecological, industrial, and diplomatic comprehensive functional zone and important node. Looking at Xi'an and even the entire Northwest region, Chanba boasts unique natural water system resources. It has the only national-level wetland park in the main urban area (Chanba National Wetland Park planned at about 8,715 acres), the largest city park within the ring road (Xi'an Expo Park about 6,270 acres), the largest living water lake area in Xi'an's main urban area (Quanyun Lake about 3,000 acres), and the longest river park shoreline (the Chanba River shoreline of the "Three Rivers and One Mountain" super greenway is 47.7 kilometers long). It is the place in Xi'an closest to the Jiangnan region. The six major ecological parks cover a total area of over 16,000 acres, with water surfaces exceeding 1,200 hectares, equivalent to 38 Qujiang Pools (Qujiang Pool water surface area is 471 acres, about 31.4 hectares). Compared to Qujiang, Chanba has more living water system resources. In terms of culture and tourism, it originally had excellent landscapes and a solid industrial foundation, making it very likely to "break out." Unfortunately, the Economic Development Zone and Fengdong took the lead. In recent years, Lehua City and Happy Valley have opened one after another, already earning substantial profits. In the future, whether the Olympic Sports Center, Chang'an Academy, Chang'an Le, and Chang'an Yun can become new super "IPs" remains unknown. Although development has been less than satisfactory, strangely enough, this area actually has quite a few high-star hotels: Hyatt, Le Méridien, Jinjiang International, Huayi, Sheraton, Holiday Inn, Wyndham, Novotel, Yueyuan, Pullman—it's really crazy.
