Students coming to Wuhan must stay at this hotel!! Fanxiang Hotel, lie down and watch the Yangtze River

This time I stayed at the Shimao Fanxiang Hotel on Jianghan Road in Wuhan. I didn’t expect the location to be so good and to have a river view! Sharing my real stay experience at this hotel to help sisters decide whether to book or avoid it～🌉 🏨 First, the unbeatable location: • Right at No. 1 Lihuangpi Road! Downstairs is a popular trendy street, a 5-minute walk to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, and a 10-minute stroll to Hankou Riverside Park. Super convenient for evening walks and watching the light show • Surrounded by must-visit spots: Gude Temple, Wuhan Art Museum, and trendy coffee shops are all within 1 km, and a taxi ride at starting fare can get you to Yellow Crane Tower 🛏️ Room test: • We stayed in a river view room with floor-to-ceiling windows directly overlooking the Yangtze River! Falling asleep to the cruise ship lights at night was amazing • Although the room isn’t very large, the layout is super smart: the bedding is so soft you’ll want to take it home, and the headboard decoration and small bedside lamp are very stylish • Special praise for cleanliness! The floor and bathroom corners were spotless, walking barefoot was totally fine (certified neat freak) 💁 Service details: • The front desk guy proactively upgraded us to a high-floor room and gave us a late-night snack voucher • Four free bottles of mineral water daily + luggage storage available anytime, very thoughtful • The breakfast’s freshly made hot dry noodles and bean skin were even better than those at old famous shops outside! 📸 Photo tips: 1. By the window of the river view room: take lazy bed photos between 8-9 AM when the sunlight slants in 2. Lobby spiral staircase: geometric lines + metallic texture, wearing black and white clothes looks more high-end 3. Rooftop executive lounge: take sunset river view time-lapse photos with a cocktail in hand ⚠️ Practical tips: • Book river view rooms one month in advance during fireworks season! We booked last minute and almost had no rooms • After night tours on the Yangtze, it’s recommended to walk back to the hotel, passing many retro buildings along the way • Delivery can be sent directly to the room (crayfish with river view is forever the best) 💡 Hidden nearby activities: • The old Hankou alleys next to Kunhouli are great for morning photos • A 10-yuan taxi ride to Shanhaiguan Road for fried dough cakes with shaomai • After 8 PM, the riverside park has a light, music, and fountain show Overall, paying 300+ yuan to stay at a hotel with this location and view is really worth it! Especially for sisters visiting Wuhan for the first time, choosing here means all transportation and attractions are covered～
