Studio Amaro Coffee

#australiaroadtrip We were super impressed with Studio Amaro, the latest venue from Commune Group. It may be the odd one out being an Italian restaurant from a restaurant group that specialises in Asian restaurants but you wouldn't be able to tell. Expect the usual outstanding service and drinks list along with excellent Italian fare. Foodwise, the antipasti small plates were excellent with the scallops in nduja butter and and the chicken liver parfait being standouts. The mafaldine pasta was the hero dish of the meal, I could drink that citrus bisque by the gallon. We are Amaro obsessed so we obviously loved the focus on our favourite Italian liqueurs. It's the perfect way to end a meal! We had dishes from the Antipasti menu and they all had superb balanced flavors and you can taste the high quality ingredients they are made with. Also, the staff are attentive and friendly, making for fantastic experience in a modern casual setting. Definitely a must go restaurant.
